Accommodations were very good, room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. Hotel staff was not very friendly and at times was rude. I would stay at this motel again if going in that direction. Very nice.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel was quiet. The staff was not very friendly. When we went to check out, we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting to check out. We ended up leaving.

Close to event we were attending. Swimming pool was cold. Pretty nice place for the money, the room had a mini fridge and small microwave which was a nice surprise since we have a little one that likes warm bottles. The beds were comfortable with plenty of nice fluffy pillows. The only down side was the pool was pretty chilly, but my daughter still had fun!

Loved the continental breakfast. A real plus when you are traveling with kids. The pool was freezing! We couldn't swim at all. My four year old was pretty disappointed. Clean rooms. Nice, friendly staff. Great breakfast! Great location off of interstate and amongst a wide selection of restaurants.

The staff was very helpful, going above and beyond. The smell outside was horrible from the dead fish thing. We've stayed here a few times now and we'll keep coming back every time we're in Kearney. It's a good location, great price, and the staff was more than helpful!

Quiet enjoyable stay. Hotel was right next to a sewer drainage and it smelled horrible outside. Everything was as expected. Would stay again, but watch out for that smell. The first day was good but the wind picked up on Sunday and it smelled horrible outside.

Breakfast was wonderful! Hotel was a in a good area. We will definitely stay at the Fairfield Inn again. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
