I had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were CLEAN!!! Now, I can handle bad staff but having a clean room is a must for me. Plus, there's more to do in that area. :)

Clean, newer rooms. Nothing to dislike.

We checked in and were not told they were out of rooms with King beds. When we went to our room and found 2 queens we asked to be moved. They did offer a refund but were very unapologetic. We stayed and went back to the room. Then we found pee unflushed in the toilet and hairs on the toilet seat and the toilet was not clean inside. I went back to front desk and the again unappologetic young girl just offered a refund or to move us to a different room. We moved to another room since we just wanted some rest. The second room also had pee under the toilet seat and black hairs in the shower and on the counter. At this point I asked for the manager to come to the room. We showed her the issues and she offered to move us, refund us, or clean the room. I told her we had been moved already and I thought she should comp us a room. She wouldn't do that. She did clean the bathroom and was appologetic. I mentioned hte front counter girl was very unappologetic and the manager just mad excuses for her. Thus,Our 3 main complaints are: 1) Bathroom not cleaned properly. 2) Employee's attitude was unappologetic. 3) The hotel is close to the trian tracks and woke us up several times during the night.

I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The king bed was great, I was not disturbed by noise from other rooms. There are railroad tracks nearby, but the trains seem to run only during the day. I had a little trouble in the bathroom. If you want to go into the bathroom and close the door, you nearly have to step into the tub to close the door. Wireless internet worked like a charm.I guess the reason I am writing is because, I wasn't really expecting much, but the room had everything I needed, It was quiet and the bed was great.

Friendly staff. HBO. Very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple continental breakfast, sufficient for our needs.

This is a very nice, but basic hotel.Staff - friendly, helpful, smart.Continental breakfast - minimal - I don't eat the carbs and sweets - which limited it to apples, yogurt, and off and on bananas. But you've got the microwave, walk to Walmart and buy some sausages :)Rooms - Good - They put me in the handicapped room, my bathroom was huge. No closet.Large, well lit room, decent furniture, 27"? CRT TV. GREAT wireless (just have to sign in every time), microwave, frig.Bad - No laundry for long stayers like me.Location - Good - convenient to Riley, Interstate, near a super Walmart.BAD - about 100 meters from a railroad line and crossing which requires the trains to signal. From 10pm to 6AM there were sometimes 3 trains, which woke me up every time. I rarely got more than 4 hours consecutive sleep. If you go to the map and zoom in you see the back of the motel, a stream and the RR.Summary - It would have been 4 blocks except for the RR.Again the staff is great!

Free breakfast. No elevator, not clean, poor breakfast. Definitely an economy hotel - did not even have an elevator in the building.

Except for the very cold weather which they have nothing to do with.....I found this hotel to be excellent in every way. The staff were all so friendly. They were kind enough to give us a military discount. We stayed here for the last couple of days before our son deployed and the night he shipped off to Iraq. An emotional time for all of us so having a pleasant room to stay in especially the night he deployed meant a great deal. What impressed all of us was the cleanliness AND the comfortable beds! Even the pillows were wonderful. We'll be back.

We had a Pleasant Stay at this Hotel. It was very close to Fort Riley Army Base where we were visiting our son. There are lots of nearby resturants and scenic attractions. And gas stations for good prices also. The staff was helpful and nice enough. The Continental Breakfast was a little Stale I thought. But most of the stuff was OK. This Hotel is close to everything we needed for our trip to Fort Riley. Thanks Again...

Good hotel for price. Breakfast selection poor. Good place toss stay short term no help with heavy luggage for women travelers- no elevator-I think all hotels should have an elevator for such things.

We did not realize when we booked our stay that they hotel was brand new. So it was nice. The only 2 complaints are the parking lot was a mess and the bathroom doors practically hit the toilet when you open them. That makes it a pain getting in and out of the bathrooms.

No elevator. The door in the bathroom should've been on the other side very inconvenient when using the sink.
