Disappointed in the bed. If felt like sleeping on a board.

1. Noise: Restaurant across street kept music on all night, which was piped outside. 2. TV quality: The sound sounded as if it were going through a tin can. 3. Toilet overflowed and kept running. 4. Service: When I told all of this to desk mgr., he acted completely unfazed, seemed to not care, and didn't even apologize.

Comfortable room with nice furnishings. Toilet and tub area very small. We like the convenient location and the comfortable chairs. The continental breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and cordial.

Hotel was clean, good breakfast. Party folks next door kept us up, even after complaints to front desk. Overall, was impressed. Just not pleased with action not being taken to move us on party-goers next door.

Very clean and the breakfast was great. No indoor pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and rooms were fresh, the heat and air units worked better than any hotel I ever stayed at. The breakfast was wonderful and enough to fill you up and start the day. This is a great place to stay.

It was conveniently located and the staff was exceptional. I found nothing to complain about. It was one of the best for the price. I really enjoyed my stay. I was only there for one night, but it was great. It's located in walking distance of some great restaurants and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Room was clean with good lighting, bed was comfortable. Breakfast area doesn't accommodate large number of guests at one time. Since I was staying at the hotel for business the room basically suited my needs. I would have liked to have a small refrigerator and microwave in my room but didn't want to change rooms for these items.

Quality of rooms was nice, especially the thermostatically controlled heat and air. No indoor pool. We had a nice stay in Jackson to visit our son. The room was clean and fresh with plenty of space for 4. We did miss having a pool and spa, but love the security, had to have room key to access elevator from lobby. Nice hotel.

Nicer than I expected for the price. Hotel staff took too long to check me in (it was about 1 AM when I got there). This hotel met my expectations and I would stay there again. I was only there for a five hours so I don't have much to offer in review.

Front desk staff very helpful. Offered to help us move to another room. Bathroom sink full of ants. A little difficult to find although could see it from the interstate so just kept winding around until we found it. Bathroom sink was full of ants. Front desk offered numerous times to move us to another room (even offered to come and help us) but had already unpacked. Great breakfast selection and cookies at check-in were nice.

The location and access to the highway was good. The overall cleanliness of the motel was marginal at best and the staff wasn't very friendly. I feel like the staff gave me the worst room in the place. It had water damage and was not cleaned properly. I don't expect 2-star motel to be fancy but I do think they should be clean and maintained. This motel was neither. I also had a below average experience in Mobile, AL last December.

friendly,good location, enjoied my stay I wish the rooms were inside, my room wasn't when I opened the door I was outside. The hotel overall was good. I enjoied my say there in Jackson,TN. I look forward in coming back, my son is in college there so I will be coming back down to Jackson.
