Room not reserved when arrived after long flight, said it had not been booked by agent, who we had paid, so paid twice to get room. They said would sort with agent did not, still looking for refund 4 weeks later. Next day after stay, local TV news had report that couple robbed in the room next door to ours. Tied up to the chairs with duck tape. No internal rooms all doors located outside and some on the car park. We put a chair back under the door handle and kept the curtains drawn throughout our stay. Glad we did not stay longer than a night. Wife said they did us a favour not completing our booking correctly and was glad we moved on. Also shower not working and we guessed it had not worked for some time.

Great location but very tiny bathroom. Sink was outside the bathroom door. Otherwise a good deal for the money.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and have been very happy every stay. For the money I paid I thought it was excellent value and so close to all the amenities on I-Drive....will definitely stay again.

Me and my Family had a decent stay in this hotel. Cleaners come in everyday to straighten up the room: making the bed, replacing the bedsheets and vacuum the carpet. Free Internet access on the Hotel Lobby but paid service in the hotel room. Overall the hotel is located to many small business and restaurants which makes it easier for families with kids.

This should be a consideration if you're going to Wet n Wild, Universal, or Islands of Adventure. Was pleasantly surprised by the value of this place. Staff was nice. Rooms are dated and not 5-star, but it wasn't expected at 50 per night; not as bad as some reviewers made it out to be though. Beds could've been more back-friendly. Kids eat free buffett was very good; biggest/ coolest McDonald's I've ever seen is right next door. Security at all entrances of hotel. I-4 very close.

The location of the hotel was great. We were within blocks of Universal Studio Parks and Wet N Wild water park and most restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was somewhat noisy, I was able to hear everyone that walked by my room- so if you want to sleep in be careful of your room location.

You really get what you pay for. The beds were really uncomfortable and the carpet was extremely dirty. They didn't vacuum in our whole stay (7 days). They never changed the bed sheets. The only thing the housekeeper did was to make the bed and put clean towers. Nothing else. Didn't even clean the bathroom. However the price was OK, so it depends on what are your priorities. I wouldn't stay there again, I rather pay a little bit more for a decent hotel. Stay away for the International Drive, too much traffic, and too much noise.

Thank goodness someone else paid for this room! My wife and I were booked into this hotel by a third party and were somewhat grateful for the appearance of secuity (although we found out later they don't do much). There is an onsite medical clinic, we should have known better. We were greeted by a women talking about her medication and that she was going to have the doctor increase it. The room was just the bare essentials. The A/C was loud, the beds looked ancient, and there was a used, hairy washcloth left hanging in the shower (we didn't find it until the next day). The first night my wife and I were awakened by heathans running around and screaming at the top of their lungs. We called security with no results. We called about 20 min later to ask if anyone had come by and were told that no one was found although the screaming had never stopped. About 3am everything settled down and we had to get up at 630am. We were supposed to stay there for two nights but left after one.

A free continental breakfast would have been nice, and perhaps access to a freezer.

We had a pleasent stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located to entertainment and eating locations.

I will honestly say that the picture that was listed gives you false pretenses of the hotel, considering they only took pictures of the front of the building. If you come back to the hotel after 10pm., no parking close parking available. Overall, the place was a good place to stay. It was close to everything (shopping for groceries, accessories, souvenirs, etc.). Restaurants were everywhere for eating. The security out front was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location at a great price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that there was an on-site restuarant to eat a relaxing breakfast which was only a few steps away from your room!

We had a pleasent stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The noise level between rooms/ floors was surprisingly nill. The hotel is centrally located to entertainment and eating locations. We were very impressed with the gated security, especially in such transited area.

Was a good value for the money. Outer bedding could have been fresher. We spent very little time in the room. Close to area attractions. Refridgerator and microwave in the room was a definite plus!

The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but is clean, organized and friendly

Rooms are dated but clean. Right in the middle of everything. If your Military you stay for half price. We will be staying here again when we go back to Unverisal.

At 2am I was awaken by the noise of the 'people' staying in the rooms on either side of me. Sounded like drug dealers and vagrants- running through the halls, screaming, banging on the doors (yes, my door too). I called security to deal with the issue- they sent someone by and as soon as security left, it started again. I called 3 more times, and no one came back. Finally- they passed out around 530am. I had to go to work at 7am. What really irritated me, is on my way out that morning, I noticed many unoccupied rooms, far away from where I was- I asked to change rooms, and was told nothing was available. The rooms were very old, and the hotel was generally in need of some major overhaul. Unless you want to stay in a hotel that resembles the 'projects', find someplace else.

Basic hotel with better than expected grounds and superior location. Within walking distance to many restaurants/shops and easy access to the parks via I-4.
