We did not feel safe. Hotel was near two strip clubs on a busy, noisy highway. The door was broken. Dog barking all night in truck outside. Rooms looked great on the internet and clean, but older motel in rough part of town. Water damage to ceiling. When I complained about the dog locked up in the truck barking all night to the front desk, the clerk told me she would leave the construction worker a note that the dog belonged to. I should have called the police and changed hotels, but we got in really late and were exhausted. I was not familiar with the area, being from out of state.

The complimentary breakfast was very convenient and fresh. The cars driving past the hotel could be heard throughout the night. This is obviously not the management's problem. It's just the location! As a business traveler it was sufficient. It was however a little farther away than I expected. The staff was very friendly. I would suggest they present customers with receipts. I was told they do not provide them and as business traveler I needed a receipt!

New room furnishings are really lovely, although a bit crowded. Noise level; could hear coughing from next room, toddler running in room above. Remodeled very nicely, good quality.

The bed and bedding was comfortable. The recently remodel effort was a cheap accomplishment. We found the motel out of place from the location it was serving. We had difficulty finding the motel. There was construction dust on the head boards of the bed. There were holes in the wall over the beds. Plumbing fixtures in the shower were loose. We did not feel safe. There was no visible sign of security features.
