The Quality Inn Heritage Park Kissimmee is located near Highway 192 and close to several major attractions which include the Disney parks, SeaWorld, Lake Tohopekaliga and Universal Studios. Stayed in this hotel to be with my daughter in her high school graduation. The only thing good was the location. However, the floor carpet was dirty (dead bugs and food residue), the bath tub seemed to have not been cleaned in a long time, and a bad smell came out of the sinks everytime water was running. Additionally, a fouled odor entered the room every morning at about 2 or 3 am, which always awakened me. Would not recommend this hotel.

everything was very nice and clean. rooms appeared to have realtively new bedding.staff very nice. only down side was the pool. it was green. needed chlorine treatment. even if it was warm enough to take a dip, we would have been afraid too!one other detail that was irratating was the fact that my key card would quit working. i had to have it rekeyed at least 8 time(no exagerating) and finally on Sunday(our last day) the clerk said not to let it be near our cellphones! they need to let clients know this in advance!otherwise the stay was good, and we will stay there again.

The carpet inside the room was sticky, the toilet was not clean, the staff was very nice, location is good, a lot of restaurant in the area. The bed was very clean.

Close to our Convention site. Pool dirty, restaurant closed down, rooms old. Older hotel no breakfast bar. Pool was slightly green. Doors to room extremely hard to open and close. Rooms could have been cleaner. Never restocked coffee for next days.

We read the reviews of the hotel and found none of the complaints in our room. Clean, safe, cheap, very acceptible. Nothing to complain about except being a little further down the strip then most hotels.

The hotel was worth it for the price. Nice location, with easy access to all Orlando has to offer. The beds were comfortable, the room was neat and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Attached restaurant had great margaritas!

I didn't like this hotel at all. Had no towels 3 different times. Ran out of toilet paper when I needed it. This hotel was a very bad experience for me & my kids. On 3 different times I didn't have towels. Then I ran out of toilet paper when I need it the most & had to go down to the desk to get more. why wasn't it stocked. We were there for 9 days.

Took 30 minutes for tub to empty after showering. Thick layer of debris around perimeter of rooms where they had not been vacuumed. Blow dryer did not work, air intake clogged with lint. Toilet in room clogged and had to use the one in the lobby. Neither of the women's toilets in lobby worked. One had feces in bowl and no water. Had to use men's restroom. It was filthy. One night the lock to our room would not work. Had to walk to front desk two times to get keys. Attendant finally got us in.

I didn't die there. Rooms smelled like urine and smoke. Hotel catered to unruly guests, and entry to rooms from parking lot made for sleepless nights. Parking lot is poorly lit and a butts run down properties. Guests resembled drug dealers with ghetto blasters. Staff was unconcerned and seemed burdened by request for directions to hotel. Heating unit howled like a dying animal, and the rooms smelled like pee.

Clean, safe, not to much noise, nice place. There is a Dennys across the street. You have to drive to the stores, but they are not that far away. Nice place to stay at if you need peace and quite.

Nothing. Location. It was 18 miles from the location it listed. The hotel staff was ok. I wasn't able to stay at the hotel because it was 18 miles from the listed location. No concern whatsoever with my delima.

Room smelled musty. Bedding not cleaned properly. Needs updating. Bathroom not clean. Nasty A lower quality Quality Inn. Not clean and bedrooms smelled old and musty. Had to continually use air spray. Did not help. Paint chips all over the room walls. Bathrooms smelled and not clean. Needs overall renovation.

The staff as you walked in was very nice. The restaurant that was attached was horrible, the food, the service, and the price. It allowed me to rest my head, but I would not stay in another Quality Inn. There was not water pressure, the room would not keep a good temperature. The fixtures were coming off the wall. The food at the restaurant was nasty. The service was awful, they were very rude, and the prices were ridiculous.

The manager was very nice and did try to fix any problems. The rooms were not connected and they did not have a fridge or microwave as advertised. Good hotel for a business trip, not great for a family vacation. short on amenities, nice staffing.

I liked the price. Room was musty smelling. The hotel is located way from Disney and the traffic getting there is horrendous. Decent price though for those on a shoe string budget.

It was clean. Too far from all attractions, very hard to locate. Too far from attractions, hard to locate. Had problem's finding hotel, called hotel and staff was not helpful in giving directions. Had problems sleeping, car alarm went off at 2:00 am and continued for 15 minutes. Also noisy people in the rooms around us. Would not recommend this motel or stay here again.

Clean, better than what I expected for the rating. Hotel is short of bathroom towels. It¿s a decent and clean hotel is better then what I expected, location is not the best if you go to an attraction park but it is mainly acceptable.
