The staff was extremely helpful...from check-in to check-out. The room and bathroom were clean. The location was near the highway and provided convenient access to Hershey, HersheyPark, ZooAmerica and restaurants. The hotel also provided a nice continental breakfast. We would choose it again.

My boyfriend called this the worst hotel he's ever stayed at. I'll make this simple: - I called them at 10pm, asking for directions from Hershey Park to the hotel. Simple? No. First, the woman gave me an attitude for asking. Then, she says, "Take I-83, no, wait, I-81. No. Ummm. It's one of them... I don't know." Then, she puts me on hold for 5 minutes only to give me extremely vague - and often incorrect directions (leaving out "north" or "south," etc.) Needless to say, we got lost. - I was specific about having a non-smoking room. The sign on the door said no smoking. BUT, inside, there were cigarette butts on the window sill, an ashtray on the table, and it smelled as if someone were actually smoking in the room. My clothes and hair literally smelled like smoke when we left. - The hotel was so shady. There were creepy drunk people outside and the doors to get into the hotel were propped and unlocked. Even though I was staying with 3 large men, I was nervous and wanted to lock the door - but the deadbolt was torn off the wall. - There is NOTHING anywhere near the hotel. We had to drive almost back to Hershey to eat. - The worst part: when I complained to the manager, he literally blamed the whole thing on me. Somehow, he thought it was MY fault. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful. Comfortable room and bed. Pet friendly for our two small terrier dogs. We would definitely try to stay here again when we travel to visit family in New York.

Easy drive to Hershey and a good value. Very clean and staff nice. Not all amenities were working; Ice machines, high speed internet access, but breakfast was decent.

Comfy room and quiet. Nothing. Hotel was right off exit 81 which was perfect. Close to Hershey Park (15 mins away). Had plenty of family restaurants to go to near by. Was a very good Hotel. Would stay there again on my next trip to Hershey.

We stayed here for 2 nights while going to Hershey Park and a concert. It was a decent hotel, we had holes in the wall but overall it was clean. The price was a bit high for the quality of the hotel, but it was summer and Hershey Park was nearby which drove up the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, no complaints there. Overall a good, but not great hotel...would stay at again if the price was lower.

Location. Noisy, smelled, non-smoking room had ash trays and smelled very bad. Awful. I would not recommend to anyone for any reason, unless you have no other choice. I had a tent in my vehicle and almost decided to find a place to use it instead of this dump.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick as well as check out. The continental breakfast was extensive and good. It was in a great locatyion and easy to find, right off the highway.

Costfor the area. The continental breakfast could have some more choices. I would stay at this hotel in the future. It is a short ride to Hershey without the expense of staying right by the park. Overall good experience and would recommend it.

The Quality Inn Harrisburg was decent value for the money. The room was good and the air conditioning worked well. The overall cleanliness of the room was average. The shower could have been a little cleaner and there were signs of mold in the corners above the shower/tub. The sink was separate from the bath and this was beneficial for my family. The dining area, located off of the front desk check in was cramped but it did provide a good selection of breakfast cereals,oatmeal,muffins, french toast and fruit. This was helpful to my family to help save money instead of having breakfast outside of the hotel.

Location and decor. No refrigerator in room. The hotel was easy to find. Check in was excellent. Staff was courteous. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Easy to find. One clerk not very knowledgeable with where the things were located. I would rate this hotel 2.5 star out of 5.
