Location convenient to Mystic Seaport and Indian Casinos. Rooms clean, well stocked and more then met my needs. Desk staffed all hours when coming and going.

The friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff was excellent. Ididn't have any complaints. The hotel was situated in such a wonderful location. The staff was more than accommodating and helpful. Everything you needed was in the room.

Breakfast selection was nice. Items where refilled as needed. Friendly staff. Room ws clean. A nice place to crash & burn after a long day out. Pool could have been warmer. More CLEAN towels needed at poolside. I had to ask both times for towels. But did receive hot fresh ones....NICE!

There were bugs in the lobby and rooms. The rooms are old and in need of updating. We could hear the neighboring rooms TV all night long. There is no elevator or luggage carts so we had to use stairs to access our room and the stairs were not very convenient either. Overall a very shoddy and cheaply run Quality Inn. The write up for the hotel says it is minutes to the Mohegan Sun casino. It is actually over 20 minutes away so that information is not correct. We consider minutes to be 5 to no more then 10 minutes away.

Stayed here for one night and that was too long..... Spider webs on the corner of the room, the bed was not made properly, and the room was musty and dingy looking!!!!

My road trip consisted of various lodgings at different states. I was happy will all my choices, but staying at the Quality Inn was a pleasure. It was perfect for my purpose. I wanted to stay at a comfortable, clean, reasonable priced, hotel and conveniently located near the main attractions on my trip itinerary. Quality Inn was perfect and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The convenient location. Very noisy heating unit anddisappointing breakfast selection. Very noisy heating unit. Poor breakfast selection. Cobwebs in corners of room, old and worn out looking furniture. Slightly sagging mattress caused us to keep rolling to the center of the bed all night.

I knew this was not a high end hotel, but I expected it to be clean. Dirt on the floor in bathroom,used towels on the bathroom door. The shower curtain was torn.There is a window above the hotel door that light comes into the room all night. The employee that we saw was almost rude, very curt and not helpful. I would avoid this place at all costs!

I read reviews, thought this was a good place,,, was very wrong. Pool was over chlorinated and cloudy, couldn't even see your toes and there was hair in the pool. the cofee maker in the room didnt have the proper filter holder, was told couldn't get a new one for the room.. vending machine mischarged.. sticker for cheese nips said .75, put .75 in and was then instructed by the machine that it was .95 unhappy with my stay

The hotel was genuily clean andI found it fairly easy. Iwas not there long enough to give a pointed answere. Over all the room seemed very clean and the staff was courteous. But I stayed only one night.

I liked the layout, the availability of the pool, the friendliness of the staff and the generous breakfast. This is not a complaint, but I would have liked an elevator. For what we needed this hotel was perfect. What we needed was a place to stay overnight so that we could take part in some local activities. What we found was a very pleasant staff, a clean room, a wonderful breakfast, and a comfortable and accommodating room.

Very friendly staff and clean. Heater was so loud (turns on and off throughout the night). It was very difficult to sleep, bed not too comfy, no sink inside bathroom. Very helpful in recommending a restaurant. Very helpful in providing a toothbrush (forgot mine). Bed was not comfortable, seemed a little beat up. Heater was way too loud, especially noticeable turning on and off, could hardly sleep. No sink in bathroom, too loud at night if someone got up to use bathroom/sink.

Clean, quiet and good access to route 95. Room could use a bit of an update. The hotel is of older vintage and not the most up to date, but it seems to be kept clean. Not that lavish but good for the money. The room seemed quiet even with a party going on in the next room, no doubt due the interior masonry wall construction. Bathroom sink is in the bedroom/living space, some women may not like this set up.

Close to the event I was going to. Dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned after last guest. Cleaning staff did not speak English. Too expensive for the quality (or lack of it). Don't try the continental breakfast, food was few days old. Cleaning staff did not speak English so when I asked for fresh towels I had to take them myself because they didn't understand. Light in the shower would overheat and go off, so after two people took showers third one was in the dark.
