Good price, nice area, its a good hotel. Its a good hotel. Nice neighborhood right next to the highway.

This is a basic hotel for the evening. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant to work with. Not very easy to find with my Navigator, you should consult a real map.

We were forced to stay here overnight because our flight had been cancelled. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel is only 15-20 min. away from the airport but the shuttle took an hour to pick us up. The room had dirty sheets, there were large cracks and stains on the walls, dangeroulsy exposed wiring on the provided hair dryer, and worst of all was the incredibly awful smell throughout the room. The AC did not help since that had not been cleaned in many years and just made the smell worse. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when asked for another room and clean sheets. Had to walk down to the front desk to retrieve sheets as there was only one associate running the whole facility. My husband was given one sheet and two pillowcaes and was informed that was the last sheet! Have you ever heard of a hotel running out of sheets?! I work in the hotel industry and travel quite a bit, that was the first time I'd ever heard of such a thing. If any airline in the Philadelphia airport says they're putting you up at the Quality Inn Gloucester City, NJ demand another establishment.

Everyone at the Quality Inn was very friendly and competent. The room was clean and comfortable. The main problem is that the elevators that had existed when I stayed previously were gone. When I asked two members of the motel staff about them, I was told they never had elevators. (Another guest told me there had been elevators and that I wasn't imagining things.) My room was on the second floor and I had to lug my luggage and several other heavy objects up the stairs. I have a heart condition. Because of the elevator problem, I probably won't be back. Oh, well.

Quiet rooms, and I liked the full breakfast bar. Drink machine would not accept $1 bill. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area, and very friendly. The full breakfast bar in the morning was a very welcome surprise!

We were displaced by airport and had a nice stay with a nice staff.

The Quality Inn in Glouster City was a great place to stay with easy access to Philadelphia without the traffic and congestion of the inner city. There is also easy access to the expressway to Atlantic City. The staff was very helpful and always available and the rooms were good sized and clean. I would stay there again.

Easy access to interstate, nice complimentary breakfast, gym. The carpets in the rooms needed to be cleaned and there was construction at the facility.

Good Keep up. The Good work and I will come again. Staff very helpful.

Convient to the highway. Non-smoking rooms are dirty and smell of smoke. This hotel is dirty and the non-smoking room we got smelled of smoke. The sheets had cigarette burns and tobacco in them. The staff told us there were no non-smoking rooms left when I inquired, so another staff member came in and sprayed a horrible smelling product in the room to remove the smell and changed only the top sheet with the obvious cigarette burn mark. Although convient to the airport and highway, I would not stay in this hotel if possible.

This was a very comfortable stay at the Quality Inn; especially with the indian restaurant and its decor.

This Quality Inn was what one would expect from an inexpensive hotel. Nothing outstanding about the facilities. We stayed overnight and went to a concert at the Tweeter Center (now Susquehanna Bank Center). It was only ten minutes away, although the drive was through a 'not so pleasant' neighborhood. Room was quiet and filled our needs just fine.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. The air conditioning was a bit too loud, but not overbearing. I wasn't sure about where I was going when I went on this trip. I could have stayed in Philadelphia, but decided to stay close to town and try to find something with lower rates. When you do this you don't know what you will get. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and orderly everything was. Other than the air conditioner being a bit noisy, all was good. I would stay here again for sure.

The motel was old and dirty look like a rent by the hour kind of place. The place was abosolutely horrible. The tolietries in the room were used, the matress flat, i could hear people in the nextroom furniture look like the 1950s.

Close to interstate. We did not feel safe at this hotel's location. This hotel was close to the interstate, which was convenient. We did not feel safe at this hotel. There was graffiti on a trailer near the hotel. It was also undergoing construction so looked badly from the outside. The room had mold under the border going across the top. (We know because it was peeling off the wall.) The breakfast in the AM was nice, hot food, tool.

The hotel was well kept and generally clean. The area the hotel is in is not dangerous but not the best area either. In general, the hotel is a quality 2 star hotel. Nothing more, nothing less. The hotel is clean, relatively well maintained and functional. Not a place I'd want to spend a week but for a night or two it is more than fine.

Convenient, provides breakfast, good staff. Would like better amenities, towels, shampoo, etc. The hotel was very comfortable, provided a refrigerator and breakfast. It was a very convenient location for us.

Nice buffet breakfast. Only had smoking rooms available. No alarm clock/radio. Close to Philadelphia & Philly Airport. Not posh. Stayed in older section of hotel on first leg of visit and it showed. Upon return we got in new section & it was fine.

Very conveniently located to major thoroughfares. Strong smell of curry in the lobby. It’s an older hotel that has gone through some upgrading. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. I was not comfortable with the general area of the city. I wish I had paid more to get a room closer into town.
