I was VERY disappointed with the Quality Inn in Georgetown. First and last visit. Too noisy, room was okay, carpet was filthy, items broken in the bathroom, television didn't work 3/4 of the time.

Hotel directions were poor, however, the manager on duty went beyond the call of duty and actually met us so we could follow her. The beds were bad. I think the bed was 20 years old and the springs kept punching me in the back. This hotel although the staff is very nice, needs new beds.

Problems - 1) Staff very poor. Did not have coffee packet replaced in the room on two days even after having made the request to the desk. 2) Breakfast - advertised as having "extended" breakfast to include "hot" items. They only bagels (poor), bread, cold ceral and glazed donuts (poor). They did have juice and the coffee was OK. NO fruit. The toster did not work. After the first day we had to get breakfast out adding to the cost of the trip. Very poor. 3) Overall maintenance of the hotel was on the low end. I was not impressed and will not use this hotel agian.

I stayed at Georgetown before in another hotel. The quality inn was affordable for my company and the rooms were comfortable and had easy access to shopping and dinning.

Location and continental breakfast. Hotel needs more help, ladies over worked. One lady cleaning rooms never got towels till late night, lady at desk in charge for check in and the breakfast area, she also had to fold towels in between other jobs. Took a shower tub looked dirty, too many rooms to clean to do a good job.

Pic on web misleading. This is a Quality Inn Motel. Rms were not available althought reservation were made.Had to take smoking rms. Overcharged at checkout.Make this your last resort, not worth the hassle.

I can't. Bathtub dirty, old coffee grounds in coffee maker, no towels in room, continental breakfast a joke, ice covered walkway, very disappointing.

I have to say that I was very disapointed with my most recent stay at the Quality Inn. I was there for three nights and the room was not cleaned for two of them. I had to call the manager and find out what the problem was and it seems as my room was left off of the cleaning list. He did get someone to clean it the second night, but only after I had called. Then we had to leave the room to let them clean it which was a big hastle as we had been gone all day until 1pm and was just looking forward to taking a hot shower and resting.

The room wasn't clean & the wall papers were coming off the wall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. They gave us room in the first room with our curtain. The room wasn't clean and the wall papers were coming off of the wall.

The hotel is conveniently placed in Georgetown. It's close to shopping, dining, Georgetown College, and Toyota. The room was clean, bright, and things seemed to be pretty new. The room was large and had a desk and chair if you wanted to work. There was only one additional chair in the room, so if you had more than two people somebody had to sit on the bed. The breakfast seemed a bit light. It included some pancakes and waffles, but there was no equipment to make them. Donuts, fruit, and cereal were also available.

It was worse than I expected for 2 stars. This hotel should not be rated more than 1 or 1.5 stars. Everything was as plain and cheap as they could make it. I was expecting a little better than quality than we got.

Free ice. Peeling wallpaper, outside noise, out of kleen-ex. badTV reception. Just a place to sleep at a good price. Breakfast not good, stale bread. Had to ask for butter and then they had none. Would stay there again maybe if no other motels were availible. Maybe i just had a not pleasant experience.

It was clean, friendly and close to family in town. In one room there was no paper. In the other room the TV didnt work. Very good location. Meets all our needs. I would stay there again.

Big bed. Thin walls (baby crying next door). It was ok - the thin walls were a little annoying lot of kids and they were up all night running up and down the halls. Could've been a tad cleaner in general nothing really bad - just didn't feel like it was extremely clean.

Good staff. Bad wallpaper job in room. I'm all for hiring the handy capped, but blind people should not hang wallpaper.

Location. Old, smelled like smoke. The AC unit was dirty. Old, but big rooms. Smells musty and smokey.

Bed was comfortable. No remote and they couldn't find one. Carpet had water stains. It was a relatively inexpensive place to spend the night.

Price. The bath room not very clean. visible dust in air/heat intake and carpet needed to be cleaned. Not very happy with the cleanliness of the room and parts of the tub and bath room area were in need of repair.

I have stayed there before and liked it until this time. No service. No service to a flooded bathroom. Had to go down hall to use restroom. I have stayed here before and that's the reason I went back with my out of town guest. The toilet was broke and we got a quick fix. Toilet ran all night long, next morning it was flooded. Was told by front desk can't fix it that there was no one there to fix it and brought us towels. Pathetic. Not to mention nasty. Had to go down hall way to use restroom.
