Breakfast, location to family, location to main interstates. Not asking for ID just making new keys to guest rooms windows curtains need to move the other way blocks air coming in. The hotel is fine, but it was cool out wanted the windows opens but the curtains block the air you have to have them all the way open then people can look into the room. change them so you can opens from the same side.

Our stay at this Quality Inn met and exceeded our expectations. Our room was the cleanest we've stayed in and all of the staff was very friendly helping us with directions, maps of the area and suggestions of places to eat and visit durring our stay. Thank You!

Stayed there 3 years running. The third year the staff seemed not as knowledgeable nor as accomodating. The WiFi was not all over the motel as stated. The Customer is no longer correct but looked at as a nuisance when something is not right. Bathroom needed work too.

Clean rooms and the staff were very friendly. They now how a refrigerator available for the room but they charge $5 a night, I think it would be nice to have in every room without extra charge. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is nothing flashy, no wake up calls, but a handily alarm clock on the night table. It is just what you need when arriving from a long tiring trip. A friendly face to greet you, help in any way possible. Quick check in/out, a large TV, wireless internet access. Best location to Genesee College.

The rooms still look like they have been recently renovated. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are unusually friendly and helpful for a hotel in this part of the country. The breakfast is a full breakfest and not just bagels, toast, pastry and coffee. I give it four out of five stars because of the tiny bathroom.

Not too many places to stay in this area. Easy to find, very friendly & helpful staff. Recent renovation... clean rooms, new beds, bathrooms in good repair, hot breakfast, computer in lobby for guest use, wi-fi, morning newspaper.
