The Quality Inn is located in the Central Business District, just blocks from the Historic Gainesville Courthouse Square. Just to the north is the Gainesville Factory Outlet and across the Texas-Oklahoma border is the WinStar Casino. The Gainesville Civic Center is next door and the city's sport fields are just a half block away. The hotel has wireless high-speed Internet on all rooms, lobby, business center, meeting rooms, and breakfast area. The centerpiece of the Quality is a lovely courtyard, outdoor pool, and sun deck. The location was nice considering we were going to the Winstar casino. There was a 24 hour IHOP conveniently down the road. I forgot toothpaste and the front desk had a small pack for free. Our air conditioner broke in our first room and they got us to another room pretty fast. If we took our room card to Chili's they offered a 10% discount. We could have taken a limo to the casino for a small price, the hotel had nice services. The rooms were sort of outdated but normal compared to other hotels I've been to. It was nice for a one night stay.

Nothing. This hotel was listed as a 2 star. However, I would suggest maybe a 1 star. This hotel was old and dirty. Staff was unfriendly. Not the quality we have found in the past.

The Quality Inn Gainsville was a very nice place. Our stay was short but it was very comfortable. The suite was very spacious and clean. There was a desk and love seat with a coffee table. The bathroom was seperate from the vanity which was great. The iron,board and coffee pot were very helpful. The staff were very friendly and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Nothing. Room was not attractive. Cleaning person opened up the door without knocking. Choose this hotel based on what was available. It was listed as a 2star hotel, but was far from it. A woman from their cleaning staff opened up the door to the room without knocking and then shut the door. No apology. Would not recommend this hotel at all!

The location was great and it was quiet. The rooms and appliances were out dated. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, we liked the location a lot, everything worked, it was clean but the room need to be updated. The price was a little high for the condition of the ambiances.

Nothing at all. Smokey room, dirty, roaches in the room. The worst hotel I've stayed in. We checked in and then checked out to go to another hotel it was so horrible. I would never recommend the Quality Inn to anybody. There were roaches in the room along with a horrible smoke smell. The staff was very rude and unhelpful.

Very comfortable, Quite very relaxing. Room was not ready at the scheduled time. Had to wait 1 hour. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, quite & comfortable. We would stay there anytime we are in the area. We attend NASCAR races twice a year & will return our next visit in the fall. Our room was not ready & we had to wait, which is understandable for such a busy weekend.

Very close to the place I needed to be in Gainesville. Dead bugs in room. This hotel met all my needs for my trip. My daughter and I each had a bed, slept well and the room was quiet.

Good location. Poor housekeeping and mold in bath. Need to re-tile baths- no vents to take care of moisture, housekeeping was awful- no vacuuming, clean sheets, etc., if you stay more than one night. I had to go ask for towels the second day.
