Very relaxed atmoshpere, clean, comfortable, friendly, everything just great!! Pet friendly was the best!! Plenty of grounds and grass(I, always picked up after them) But when I got home they had charged me! When I already paid and checked out, so I'm still dealing with that!!

Rooms were dirty. Remote did not work. The room was kind of dirty. I almost checked out upon arrival, but I was too damn tired. I really don't have high standards with hotel rooms. As long as they are clean, I don't care, however, this room was pretty bad. Also, the remote never did work on the TV. I would stay there if I got desperate, but I will avoid this place in the future. The restaurant next door was good.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Ants in the room that kept coming back after they sprayed. The only thing that marred our experience at the Quality Inn of Fresno was the ants in our room. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. They could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay including providing driving instructions. The continental breakfast was very basic, but it did include fresh fruit and plenty of delicious pastry. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience there.

The room was very comfortable, however lighting was rather dim probably because of the use of the new style bulbs, which makes it difficult for people of my age (70) to read. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The hotel was not in a very good part of town and people who knew of the location were concerned of the safety of our car, etc., however there were no incidents while we were there. When we arrived, there was a police car parked at the entrance to the motel office.

It had a restaurant, large pool. TV was fuzzy, no reception. If you need a quality, convenient hotel, this place is fine.

At the last minute, my elderly father decided to join us. It was nice that when I checked in and told the counter person, I was not charged an additional charge. They also made sure he had a towel, etc. for my father.

Large pool. No place to sit for continental breakfast. Other than a large pool, the hotel was older and adequate, but not anything memorable for the price. Did not eat in the restaurant.

The friendly front desk receptionist, she was very helpful. The room had a strong odor, the sink faucet was falling off, the drained was blocked, and the room had cockaroaches.

The cookies were wonderful. Location was poor, but part of it was my fault. When I first arrived, the staff had a misunderstanding about my room. They were very accommodating, but it was an added stress to an already stressful situation. (I was there for a funeral). They were friendly, though, and the hotel was clean and welcoming.

Hotel was centrally located to the 99 freeway. Not too far from shopping establishments, but do need a car. Walls were a little thin, and wireless internet didn't work. Overall, hotel was decent. Close to 99 freeway, and not too far from shopping establishments. Room was clean, although we couldn't get the wireless internet to work. Not bad for the price and location.
