On a main street. The room stunk so bad it kept me from sleeping. The front was empty. They do not clean smoking rooms very well. Can't open the windows either. The ice machine was broken. The front of the hotel looked good the back did not.

The wireless internet worked. Pungent smell of either carpet freshener or raid, ants in room, dirty shower, crumbly ceiling. Our longer review: Exterior corridors, drafty, generally run down and dirty motel. One elevator out of service. Needs a major overhaul throughout. We were on the quieter side, in theory. Other than the overwhelming smell of carpet fresh or floral scented Raid, the best part was the 4 or 5 wakeup calls we got overnight. I would never ever stay here again.

It was very nice to have a refirgerator and microwave in the room. The hotel Computer is overworked and underpaid, they need a new one. I have stayed in this hotel many times when it was a holiday. Now it is a quality. It is a good hotel in a good location. I just hope that now that it is a quality hotel, the quality will not go down, usually I find quality hotels are awful.

Breakfast wasn't bad. As I was walking to my room two men drinking beer were waiting under the stairwell and proceeded to follow me to my room. It was frightening! The location was poor! The room I was in faced the back of the building and you had to walk between two buildings/ stairwell area to get there. My tub grout was moldy! The vanity area was dingy. Breakfast was okay. I had to ask for food to be placed on the buffet b/c there were no more fruit, yogurt, or bagels. But the server was accomodating and refilled the buffet.

Closeness to the freeway. My particular room was old and run-down. Desperately needs refurbishing.

There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Inconsiderate maintenance worker, very few ice and vending machines. I reported a broken toilet seat, the worker walked in unannounced while my wife was undressed. She asked him to leave, he did and returned three minutes later knocked then walked in with out waiting for acknowledgement. Other than that I would rate it fair.

Server. Wonderful. Construction noise. Hotel service was great. Northwest airlines, we will never use again! zero rating!

Good price. Cigarette burns everywhere and bed spread! No hot water. It's probably an old hotel that needs a lot of TLC.

Clean and comfortable. Plumbing fixtures re sink and tub were functional but loose / fittings. Readily accessible; not equipped with wireless or cable connection to internet; no breakfast arrangement.

Location was great, easy on/off ramps near freeway. Dirty carpet, walls, no daily fresh towels, stinky, stinky room. This is an old filthy facility, understaffed with treacherous loose cement and sticky carpet. I wore shoes in the room to keep from touching the carpet because of hygiene issues. The room stank, we did not get fresh towels and shampoo daily. By far the worst hotel ever stayed. Wait staff in breakfast cafe was friendly and attentive.

It was close to the highway. Hotel clerk rude. Insisted we pay $20 to get two beds. I believe this hotel accepts offers with the intention of up charging your referrals for something your customers feel they have paid for. I am speaking of the Extended Stay America Motel not the Holiday Inn which is excellent helpful and not out to gouge the traveling public. Thanks for asking.

Pet friendly, room service, had bridge for internet, nice staff. The mini fridge froze my food and drink. Not enough outlets. Staff especially clerks and housekeeping was friendly, check in and out was quick and easy. The armoire for clothes and for the coffee was a nice touch. The only issue was there weren't many electrical outlets, and they all had extension cords that were full.

The restaurant staff was wonderful; the rooms were clean and smelled clean. The shower water temp was uber hot then instantly cold! We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and lovely the room was. The area was reachable and close to all we needed. The staff was helpful and I would recommend this site to anyone!

Nothing. Smelled very bad. Holiday Inn Express in Frederick is much better.

The price. Stranger walking the halls at 2am, knocked at my door, police came, doors for halls not locked, not safe. The hotel is in need of upgrades. Rooms are nice, but the lobby and hallways are not. The breezeway doors were not locked at night, and we did have a strange man - looking like a drug dealer - knocking at my door at 2:30 am. Price was good.

Centrally located. Asked for a quiet room got stuck by the freeway. Hotel was somewhat noisy due to construction but for the price it was fine.

Clean, easily accessible, comfortable. Bathroom sink was clogged, bathroom door was very hard to open because carpeting and pad was too thick, fixed 3rd night. It was overall a nice place to spend our time. We were there for a wedding and didn't spend a lot of time in our room. It was clean and neat.

The housekeeping staff and other service people were so friendly helpful (not the front desk personnel). The front desk personnel were less than friendly or accommodating. The hotel it self was not good at all. My room was not too bad. But the common areas (elevator, halls, and stairwells) were just terrible. I realized they were under renovation but they were still horrible. The carpets were dirty and torn. They need a lot more work. They may consider shutting down until they do a little more renovation. Also, we had 2 rooms. We were put on the side facing the parking lot. I requested that we have rooms the side with the pool. The desk clerk seems a put out because we made this request. He ended up putting us at different ends of the hallway. There were not a lot of people there at the hotel. He could have given us rooms much closer to each other.

The pool, although rather dilapidated, was clean at least. Room was clammy, dark, and the temperature was either too cold or too hot. Beds were unsavory. Upon first entering, the lobby is renovated and very attractive. There was a lot of construction under way, making getting to the room difficult. The room itself was dark, dank, and musty. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of old cigarette smoke. The beds were just unsavory. I wanted to curl up in a blanket on top but there wasn't a spare available. The pool area looked nice, but the pool had holes all around the edge. However, the water was clean. I won't return to this hotel. It was a good deal monetarily but the room was pretty gross.
