Bedding in the room looked very used and not as clean as I would have preferred. The accommodations were fair. The Hotel lobby was very clean and the room was average.

Hotel and lobby are decent looking but the rooms are run-down and badly in need of maintenance. We had white plaster patches on the walls of our room that looked like someone smeared them on with their hands. The floors were so grimey looking we wouldn't go barefoot on the carpeting or the bathroom. The air conditioning was very noisy and the room went from hot to cold as it turned off and on. The noise of it going on and off woke us up all during the night.You had to walk outside halfway around the hotel for ice. The ice machine was in a small laundry room where the dryers were direct-vented inside the room. The temperature and smell was unbearable.

Convenient to Ft. Campbell Army Base. Poor internet connection, kept going down andnot wireless. This was not the cleanest hotel room, there were holes in the bedspread. Bed was okay. Good shower. Biggest advantages are the cost and closeness to the Army base. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was very quiet. I never heard noise from the neighbors and the place was booked. Thick walls! Dirty stinky comforter. We had to ask for them to take it away and bring us a new one. It was a smoking room and it smelled so bad. I would recommend it to family who are in town to visit their soldiers from Fort Campbell. It is very close to gate 7 and the continental breakfast was good.

Counter staff wasvery accommodating. We were there for 2nights. The 1st night the room had a very terrible odor. We could tell there someone cooking the area. The housekeepers stay in an apartment next to the room we rented. The smell was very overwhelming. I slept with my head covered. When I told the counter staff about the problem, she was very cordial and changed our room. There was no problem with that room, but we could tell management cut corners in every area. We stayed at Comfort hotels before and were very surprised at the standards of this facility.

Good location. Did not have wireless internet. Seemed to be lacking the same quality of other Comfort inns.
