The location was good, and the staff friendly and courteous. The heater/AC emitted a bad smell when started; we had to avoid using it. Pros: The location was good, and the staff friendly and courteous. Easy access to I-5. Cons: The heater/AC emitted a bad smell when started; we had to avoid using it. The TV did not have a remote control. But the motel staff provided one when we asked for it. Overall experience was good and in tune with the economy rating of this motel.

Late in the afternoon with no where else to go we stopped here. Very commercial area. No standard rooms at the * all they had were suites for * clean but run down. Carpet worn. This is a place for truck drivers and people looking for a place to crash. would not recommend.

Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. Although the bed was very comfortable the overall appearance needs updating. Friendly staff, quick and easy check in and out. The carpet was more like a wrinkled up rug verses a flat surface. But the bed was very comfortable!

Trash all around building, smokers stand outside of AC units, carpet worn & loose, furniture in poor condition (torn, chips, etc) not all lights work, wall switches intermittent, no pressure in hot tub, grout missing, water for tub was brown, no access to coat rack/closet due to furniture placement, light fixture falling out of ceiling, mold on bathroom floor, pictures covered in dust, outlets not working, bathroom door falling apart, wall paper coming off the wall, no desk or table. The noise was to be expected due to all the trucks -- but not everything else. And I had one of the "Suites" == hate to think what a normal room was like.

Nothing. Unclean - non-smoking room had been smoked in. This hotel appeared unkempt from the moment we drove into the parking lot. The lobby looked like it was not well maintained. The room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was said to be a non-smoking room. We were put at the back of the hotel where there is a fence that made us feel unsafe. We did not stay.

Very helpful and nice staff even as I complained! Light knob broken, TV control did not work, ice machine not working. It is clean but small items not in top shape i.e. refrigerator was not cold and not certain in was working correctly.

The staff was very friendly and the room was extremely comfortable. The hot water in the room took a while to get up to tempurature. The hotel was conveniently located close to the Tacoma Dome, but not so close that you had to fight traffic, which is a huge plus for me. The rooms were very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was more than just coffee and donuts which was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay here again.

Although near freeway and casino, it was very quiet. Room was clean spacious and nice warm showers. Seemed to be missing a table, had to eat on my lap. Also check out was early for a weekend. Convenient location, welcoming staff, clean quiet room with fridge and microwave. Very comfortable and served my needs.

It was across the street from the Casino. It was old. The room had too much stuff in it for the size of the room. Dark room with dark furniture. Other rooms did not look like this room. This is the second time we have stayed here and we have had the same room. Looked in the windows of other rooms not this cluttered.

NA. NA. The room indicated that it was non-smoking, there was an ashtray available, the rooms smelled rancid with smoke and there were holes burned in both the bedspread and blanket. We could not be sure that the bed linens had been changed since the last guest departed, the lock on the bathroom door did not work, and only tepid water was available for bathing. The room was crammed with mismatched furniture to the point that we could barely move. It was a hideous experience. A horrid beginning to our long-planned and anticipated anniversary trip. We were appalled and most disappointed.

I liked the easy to find location. I thought because of the reviews this hotel would be clean, there were hand prints all over the bathroom and the water faucet wasn't working right. This hotel is easy to find, and had friendly staff. It could have been a lot cleaner than it was, and it needed some maintenance with the hot water faucet performed.

The room was clean - it was quiet! Overpriced as far as "comforts" in comparison to the same room with more amenities at another Motel. The staff was not overly friendly - Strictly business type of personality. The room was plain but clean. Had to get extra towels as there were not enough for two people. The continental breakfast was adequate and as advertised. Basically, for business purposes and a place to sleep - it would be ideal for most travelers of that nature.

Staff was quick to respond to requests for service. Carpets needed to be steam cleaned. The Quality Inn at Fife was a good purchase. The staff members are friendly and attentive to my needs as a customer. I enjoyed my stay in Fife, WA. I recommend this location and hotel for future travelers.

I always appreciate having an iron and ironing board! I didn't feel comfortable taking a walk in the neighborhood. The hotel was very comfortable and had all the amenities I wanted. It was a good value for the money.
