This place was around 30 less expensive than other places in the area. No frills and adequately clean. Maintenence of the overall property could have been better. Some of the steps were crumbling, and there was a huge drip in front of my door when it rained. The hotel is close to the interstate, and although I could occasionally hear a little traffic noise, it wasn't bothersome, and didn't keep me awake. The room was absolutely adequate. Everything worked and was clean. The breakfast was better than I expected, with eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals and fruit, in addition to the ubiquitous doughnuts and bagels. I was looking for an inexpensive, no-frills but clean room to sleep in, and that is what I got. Perfect for a stopover on a road trip or visiting family.

Lady working at desk during night was very rude and couldn't give directions. We had to call 3 times to find the place and the directions she gave us were still wrong. Thankfully the lady working the next morning was very nice and helpful and got us where we needed to be. Breakfast was wonderful for myself and my kids, large variety.

Service and cleanliness of room was good. The outdoor pool needed to be cleaned, bugs floating in the water, continental breakfast was great.

The Fayetteville, AR Quality Inn is smaller and older than the surrounding hotels, but it is well-kept and less expensive. My room had new, very soft pillows, four to a bed, and down duvets. It was clean and comfortable. While most hotels offer a complimentary continental breakfast, the Quality Inn provides a full breakfast buffet.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is really good. The rooms are ordinary but the price was good. The location is not convenient but not extremely bad. We needed a handicap room, got a downstairs room but not handicap. The stool was really low and the shower was in a tub. Wheelchair people cant get in a tub and getting off the stool onto a chair can be difficult.

Easy to find, but coming from the south, a bit of a puzzle to get to. Nice, new and clean!

The room was very comfortable, the staff was friendly. The hotel is kind of hard to get to. It is located on a one way access road off the Interstate, and you have to zig zag to get to it.

Clean room, was quiet for being so close to the highway, the only problem was once you left the hotel you had to go back one exit then back track as it sits on a one way road. It's only a few miles but was inconvenient. Over all a nice place to stay for the money.

We were put into a smoking room and it was horrible so when I called in for a new room they were willing to change us to a new place. We really appreciated it!

Hard to review, because we never stayed with them. We requested a non smoking room but they would not accommodate us. They said all rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do. We ended up not staying and going down the street to another hotel that was nicer and had a non smoking room. Even though the prices were good, and booking over the internet was convenient, not being able to speak to a representative when problems arose was a hassle.

The hotel met all our needs. The reviews rated the hotel as a 10. I was not disappointed in the price or the hotel. If I return to Fayetteville I will stay in this hotel. Check in was easy and speedy. The rooms were very clean.
