Check in was quick and easy as the front desk was expecting me and already had my envelope ready. All that had to be done was to program my card keys. Staff was friendly and polite. Housekeeping provided me with extra coffee simply by request. The room was poolside but still quiet, comfortable and very clean. Although my room was located by the stairs, I never heard any excess noise outside of my room. The toiletries were nice and the bathroom was clean. The bathroom fixtures were older but clean to touch, site and smell. Staff smiled and were very friendly including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and restarurant delivery person. The food was not as good as the room but perhaps it was the item I ordered. The salad and roll were great but the main meal left much to be desired. I had stayed at this very same hotel before when it was a Holiday Inn. However, I received much better service during this particulary stay and perhaps it is the fact that it is a QUALITY INN. Thanks for everything. You guys were great!

Good food and friendly staff. The parking spaces were too close. The only one way to enter the hotel were located at a very dangerous place, very close to the main road and red light. Had hard time going in and out of the area because cars waiting for the green light were blocking the entry. Need another exit road to the hotel.

Even though there was a short (10 min.) wait to check in, this was a great hotel for the money. The room was clean and the facility was fabulous! There has obviously been some remodeling lately. We stayed in November and my kids loved the indoor pool and skee ball games. The breakfast was super! That is no "continental breakfast". I had never seen such a nice set up. Eggs, grits, bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, the list went on and on. The worst that happened was the grocery supplier was late our first morning and they didn't have milk for an hour or two. We even extended our stay by a night because we were having such a great time!

We stayed with several other families for a soccer tournament Friday-Sunday. We were anxious booking rooms via the internet because you never know what you get. We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price. Our room had a very comfortable King size bed and a full size bed. We requested a roll away bed as well since there were five of us and to our pleasant surprise it was just as comfortable as the others. It was not the fold in half kind but a regular mattress. The room had a large plasma TV, refrigerator, microwave, and hairdryer. It had FREE local calls, FREE wireless, and FREE breakfast. The TV also had a media hookup so you can bring a DVD player, it had a place to plug in your cell phone and your laptop for recharging. The breakfast had a hostess to seat you and a waitress that brought pots of coffee, water, and other items requested. They served breakfast off a menu (menu prices) or the FREE breakfast buffet which consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, grits, biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes, french toast, egg casserole, fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, apples, oranges), cereal, yogurt. It also had apple juice, orange juice, tomato juice, 2% and skim milk. Inside the hotel there were an inside pool, baby pool, hot tub, and sauna. It had an outside pool as well. The pools were good size and never got overly crowded considering there were tons of kids there for the soccer tournament. The rooms had been recently remodeled and were very tasteful. We had a great experience and would recommend it for anyone traveling with children or on business.

I'm going to make this short. My husband and I booked a night here when we were moving out of our home in Clarksville. We woke up the next morning with ants coming out of the sink pipe and crawling all over our belongings. They were inside my brush, our drinking glasses and worst... IN OUR CHILD'S BOTTLES AND NIPPLES. I have never been so disgusted. And to top it off, the only thing the hotel did for us was give us $7 MEASLY dollars off of our already $** tab. Thanks for nothing. NEVER AGAIN.

We enjoyed the privacy, the HUGE flat-screen T.V., and the pools were neat. We had a very nice stay and breakfast was delicious. We will be coming back very soon!!!

The breakfast was with it. The overall appearance was not appealing. My room door stuck so much we had to keep shoving it to get in or out. This hotel needs to be closed until it is renovated. The carpets were dirty as well as the lobby furniture. The indoor pool areas were ok, but needed more lighting. The rooms need serious overhauling with attention to the doors and beds. It will be a long time before my family visit another Holiday Inn Location.

I fund it offensive they place people with pets in smoking rooms.

Spacious, clean room; free breakfast buffet. Hotel entrance is hard to find and to get to; they need to add another entrance/exit portal. Excellent for the price; staff was friendly and helpful; room was clean and spacious; one of my best experiences!

garbage, lots of bags left in corner of hallway by the second floor laundry over weekend. courtesy can overflowing. Althrough we didn,t find much ""good food"" oh, your breakfast buffet was yuck sausage mussy , the scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs bacon too greasey , the fruit was a true delight as well the juices. Now I see why it's free. Really the juice and fruit were nice. I know you're redoing the hotel so I'll have to rerate it after my next stay. Sure I'll go back, the staff was great!!

The swimming pool, the food and the help. I can't think of anything I didn't like. The staff at this hotel was excellent. They filled our every request and the room was kept clean and neat the entire time.

"We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn and found the room to be clean, everything worked properly and the hotel in general was quite nice. The breakfast buffet was really good and was included for all four of us. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness of the room; specifically, the bathroom trash can was not emptied but the worse was the shower curtain with mold on it. I do give the hotel an A+ for solving the problem by reimbursing my total cost and replacing the shower curtain. "

"Breakfast buffet free, but food barely warm. Bathroom tiny & no fan! Shower head like soft rain (hard to rinse off). Towels too small & like sandpaper. Mattress awful. Pillows not much larger than sofa throw pillows. Housekeeping doesn't always replace needed items (toilet paper!). Stairways & walkways too dark at night."

"Bad mattresses; tiny pillows; no bathroom fan; low shower water pressure; tiny sandpaper-feeling towels; free, but barely warm, food at breakfast; rooms not ready at check-in (finally ready about 5pm); outdoor pool filthy & smelly; mediocre housekeeping (had to ask for toilet paper). Not the worst Holiday Inn I've stayed in, but the 2nd worst after the disgusting buggy place in Jacksonville Beach, FL. "

The room was tastefully decorated and the small fridge and microwave was nice to have. The only thing that wasn't so great was that there wasn't a fan in the bathroom and the toilet was not secured down to the floor for some reason .....
