I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I WAS RIGHT BETWEEN DOWNTOWN AND THE MALL IT WAS PERFECT! THE BREAKFAST GAD A GREAT SELECTION, EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY HAD SOMETHING TO CHOOSE FROM. THE BUSINESS CENTER WITH VERY SPEEDY INTERNET HELPED A LOT. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

Very good close to downtown. Not as close to greenville-spartanburg airport as I was led to belive. Close to greenville airport downtown.

Breakfast and good location close to shops. Too small for a family. When I went to check the process was a lot longer than I had anticipated. I will never use this hotel unless nothing is available in the general area.

"excellent experience. The staff was friendly, check-in took all of thirty seconds. Room was clean. Only complaint was that the ice machine closest to my room had a sign indicating that it had been shut down for the winter. No acceptable reason for that - guests should not be inconvenienced because management wants to save a few $$ on electricity bills"

The staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was great and the parking was free, I had just a little trouble finding the hotel. The room could have used a little TLC and I wish the pool had been open. I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family, and I will stay their again.

"The facilities are not bad. The room needed some work, It smelled musty. Bathroom cealing had mold, bathroom wall paper was torn, bathroom door needed worked on."

What I like most is the friendly and the helpfulness of the staff and the location. What disappointed me most was I couldn't go on line with my laptop and that was one of the reason I choose this hotel. Overall, the hotel stay was great, the hotel is located in the right place for touring Greenville.

The breakfast is very good. Even thought the beds had new bedspreads and blankets, the walls appeared soiled. Economic and convenient to all Downtown areas.

The manager and owner went above and beyond our expectations for hospitality. In all my years of travel, I have never been treated with such hospitality by a hotel. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know going that direction. My sister and I were exhausted from a day of air travel trying to get to a ceremony in Greenville on time. The manager made sure we got where we needed to be in plenty of time. He was a very kind man.

The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel would not give us enough free continental breakfasts to meet our group number. The price for the extra breakfasts was too high! This hotel has been our choice when visiting Greenville, sc for the past 10 years. However it is beginning to get run-down and old. The staff is friendly, but the room and appliances are old. We had to deal with a stopped-up drain in the sink and shower this time. It was fixed after we reported it, but the room was not occupant-ready. In addition, we had trouble with getting enough of the advertised "free breakfast" for the number of occupant's accommodated and staying in our room. The charge for the extra breakfasts needed was ridiculous considering the room price.

Attitude and friendliness of the staff; convenient location. Restricting parking to only one vehicle per room without advance notice. Other than the restriction on parking, this is a clean, friendly hotel.

Its location. It was noisy at night; the rooms had stains on the walls. The room was poorly maintained the heater would over heat the room then cools off to freezing before cycling back on. The hotel was noisy at night lots of noise from people in the parking lot from midnight till two am. The hot breakfast was any thing but hot. The steam table must have been broken because all of the food was Luke warm.

Excellent breakfast. Rooms need more improvement / smoke smell. The hotel is in an excellent location, breakfast was very nice, attendance from staff was very nice but the rooms need to be better work-carpet looked brand new though. We are not a smoking family and wished non-smoking rooms were never given to smokers-strict rule.
