I loved the pool and pool area. The room was clean, and the building was secure. There were no signs directing you to the pool. I had to just search until I found it. The room was clean, had a good air conditioner and well stocked bathroom. The swimming pool was warm, clean and large. The pool area was extremely clean. I will stay there again in the future.

It was close to the freeway and convenient for our purpose, (Concert at the gorge). The room was dingy, stains on the ceiling were disturbing, didn't feel clean, wouldn't go back. We wouldn't return to this hotel, it was convenient but that's about all it had going for us. The room had stains across the ceiling, the AC was load and kept us up but necessary because the room was dingy and smelled weird.

Although there were no smiles, the staff and hotel was accommodating to all our requests. We arrived two hours earlier. Over-all I was satisfied with the stay at the hotel.

Great location to the Gorge amphitheatre. Non-smoking room that stunk like smoke stains all over cover of bed. Not only did the hotel stink, room was dirty, messages still on phone from guest before. Went to have breakfast in the restaurant waited 30 minutes to be seated before we just gave up. Was not even acknowledged with the 10 other people waiting also. Had to go a couple blocks away to get breakfast. A very frustrating experience.

It was decent and clean. Had a hot tub sign but no hot tub in hotel. Traveled with husband and our 8 year old son he really liked their indoor pool the only disappointment was that their were signs that pointed to the pool room stating they had a hot tub which we could not find. I went to lobby and asked a employee were hot tub was and was told no hot tub but yet they had a sign indicating so. Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was very cold and there was no hot tub even though it said that there was one on the door to the pool area.

Location was great. The bathroom needed updating desperately. Lobby and outer appearance were fine. Staff was great. Bathroom was very old and outdated.

We liked the swimming pool. Nice friendly staff. Great location right off the highway. Easy to get to. Restaurants and gas stations very close by. The continental breakfast was only cereal, apples, and frozen waffles. I expected perhaps toast or yogurts or something more. The hotel is going through some construction and remodeling so I believe it will look a lot nicer in the future. Overall, it was an okay place to stay and I would return. Kind of expensive for the place but probably want hotel rooms goes for.

The staff was very helpful in getting our rooms together. For the money I spent for one night stay...RIDICULOUS While I was in the lobby, the owners showed up unexpectedly. The staff was unorganized, and the owners were, to say the least, RUDE! They OBVIOUSLY have not been there to see the conditions of the hotel itself. It was understaffed, and very run down. The owners presence was a very noticeable one as they seem to act as if they were better than their customers. I.E. loud, obnoxious, and once again, very rude. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!
