It took me some time to find the hotel coming from the north The signage was poor. Its one saving grace was its location. I was able to take a back route (72) to O'Hare avoiding all the traffic snarls on the expressway and around the main airport entrance. I did the journey in less than an hour The hotel receptionist thought I was crazy to take the route I did!

Micro-wave, and refrig, come with rooms. No attendent to help with luggage. The Hotel was very nice, and everyone were very friendly,I would go back again.

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Elgin and went to the riverboat. We did not use the dining or gym but for our purpose, check inn, gamble sleep we were quite pleased with the room, beds wre comfy and room was clean. Can't beat the price of this place either.

Convenient, cost effective, clean, kept up. It was fine. No negative issues to speak of.

The rooms were not very large but the beds were very comfortable. they didn't have any place to eat but it was in an area with plenty of choices to eat at. The rates were reasonable.

Convenient and clean. Hotel was convenient to highways and easy to locate. Hotel was clean and efficiently run with a very good staff.

This is one of the cleanest property my family has stayed in over the last 5 years. Staff was great, breakfast good and the coffee was always fresh and hot. The location is the best you can ask for in the Elgin area..Right off the toll road and a mall and 24 hour restaurants within 5 miles.. We were very pleased and will return often.

the Quality Inn Hotel Elgin was located very near to the express way and very easy to find .The staff was friendly and the room was large and comfortable.A very good value for the price .

I had a single queen-sized bed in my room. The room was adequate in size and was quite clean. This was certainly an economy hotel. Nonetheless, the workout facility was good for an economy hotel.
