The hotel El Tuque Ponce I would not recommand this hotel to no one .went I arive to my room it was full of water in the batroom floor,they came to fix it the next day,had to clean it with towels than I ask for more towels and no one came to bring any,the service of making the bed they came late to clean and making the beds.I had to buy new pair of sneaker they were all wet and , I had my son playing baseball that morning.We had a big group staying and I dont think I'll come again to stay in this hotel .

The front desk staff and maids are very friendly and the renovated rooms are very spacious. A very ugly and uncomfortable room that we had to change. They have no lunch or dinner available, breakfast is very poor. The first room was a nightmare, very small, no closet space and looked old and dark. This hotel has no restaurant and the continental breakfast they offer was not what we usually get at other hotels. If you are driving by and need a place to stay for the night it is good but for a weekend get away with kids and family there are better places.

We were very unhappy. The room we 1st checked into was so outdated, it smelled bad and the toilet did not flush. Front desk changed us to another room on the 2nd floor and that was much better. However, our room was not cleaned the 1st day. We had to call front desk only to be told we would have to wait till the following day to get it clean because the cleaners were gone for the day. After that they would come take the trash out and make the beds but sheets were not changed once during our 6 night stay.The hotel is located off a very dark road and yes,they do have car races @ night. The pool area is very nice and clean and they do have a descent continental breakfast for their guest (cereals, yogurts, bagels, pastries, coffee, hot chocolate, and juice) and perhaps for their employees too bcause they were always there eating.

We stayed at five hotels in puerto rico. This was by far the best, the cleanest, the cheapest, and it came with breakfast. I wish we had stayed here 3 nights instead of 1. Great Place!

Staff was nice, really good location, very good continental breakfast. But the beds were reaaallly bad (like sleeping in the floor) and the room was a little dirty, it smells. I really didn't complained with the reception about it, maybe if I would it would a better trip.
