| Staff was nice, really good location, very good continental breakfast. But the beds were reaaallly bad (like sleeping in the floor) and the room was a little dirty, it smells. I really didn't complained with the reception about it, maybe if I would it would a better trip. |

| The first room was a nightmare, very small, no closet space and looked old and dark. The Quality Inn El Tuque Ponce has no restaurant and the continental breakfast they offer was not what we usually get at other hotels. If you are driving by and need a place to stay for the night it is good but for a weekend get away with kids and family there are better places. |

| We stayed at five hotels in puerto rico. This was by far the best, the cleanest, the cheapest, and it came with breakfast. I wish we had stayed here 3 nights instead of 1. Great Place! |
