Nice lounge with a live band.

Nice motel, comfortable bed, good recliner, seemed quiet(soundproofing okay). The motel stay itself was fine, everything was going okay until we had to cut our trip short and tried to cancel the remaining 2 nights.

Friendly, helpful with directions, easy access for business purposes, clean, fresh sheets, room and bath, easy access to car. Mild cigarette smell.

Cozy, smelled good, nice fridge. Under construction. Front part of the hotel was under construction after a fire last fall; a bit inconvenient to get to, but good sign age led you right to the temporary lobby. Each room had a nice balcony with two chairs on it. The single queen bed room that I requested was delightfully cozy but room enough to spread out. Nice chair with footrest, & a table/desk with internet access. I felt very comfortable there, & would happily go again! Don't know how they did this, but the room smelled delicious the first day, like sugar cookies. It was gone the next day.

I could get to the parking lot from my room, glass sliding door. It was a quiet and comfortable stay, the restaurant had excellent food with very reasonable prices.

Close to son in law; friendly staff. Location. This hotel seemed old, apparently has changed hands quite a few times; the outside appearance was not friendly. I have stayed at Quality Inn before and this just seemed uninviting.

I used to enjoy the convenience of a hotel with a restaurant-bar due to business. The restaurant closed early. The woman was rude. Wont go back. The hotel itself is fine, the restaurant closed early when I got back to my room, was told we closed 30 seconds ago. Didn't get anywhere with the front desk was only told they would put in my complaint. I went down the street found an very nice hotel and no headaches. The hotel never re-contacted me, I stay in this city 1-3 nights a week. They have lost my business from this very poor customer service.

Large room, pool, breakfast. Location is a bit strange. Fine.

I needed to have an extended checkout time. It was provided with no difficulty. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. You could smell cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room. The room was cozy-warm when we entered, a great plus with the below zero weather outside. The neatness and homeyness of the room was very nice. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Information for the town was provided and was very useful. The pool was closed for cleaning, which would have been good to know before we arrived in case it was something we counted on for entertainment. A very enjoyable stay.

The service was friendly and the room was serviced quickly. Internet advertised but not available. Run down rooms. Poor work spaces. For the price, I found this hotel to be adequate for lodging short term. I would not have been pleased if this were a business trip due to lack of Internet (wireless only and it did not work with my computer)and a poor table space for working. The service was quick and they allowed early check in.
