After having my reservation screwed up at another hotel, I was forced to stay here. I'm glad I did. It was quiet, comfortable, clean, and my dog was allowed. Don't expect service of any sort, just a basic clean room.

Having stayed at hotels for over 20 years, I have rarely had a perfect stay at a motel, but none came even close to the horrible service at this property! The staff didn't care, the management didn't care and Choice Hotels only gave a moderate relief for a week of hell on our fifth anniversary stay. The internet didn't work for several days and I was told it was because of Flagstaff altitute, thunderstorms or even my own computer, although I could pick up close by hotel's signals without and problem and even went to a local wireless cafe to check my computer. Our key cards both would not work when we'd get back to the hotel, three nights in a row, again, blamed on us. Tissues ran out and housekeeping failed to replace them, even though we left the box clearly in front of the trash. Worse, the front desk failed to send up a box when we called. The next day, tissues still weren't replaced by housekeeping and only then did the front desk actually send a box up. Requests to speak to management were ignored. Our final night there, we spent three hours listening to dogs bark in the room below us and nobody at the front desk even seemed to care. Listen, heed this advice, stay anywhere else in Flagstaff but this property!
