| Prepaid for the room online (because they were listed as allowing pets). When I arrived, they had a pet fee that was an additional *. The only "pet rooms" were upstairs at the end of the hall, right on the Interstate. Not only was the room very moldy smelling, the outside traffic made it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was also noisy. You have to sign a document that you won't leave your pet alone in the room unattended, so in order to unload the car, I had to go up and down the steps with my dog in tow, while dealing with luggage. The staff was clearly uninterested in my problems when I reported them. Not only will I not choose this location again, I will never stay at a Quality Inn anywhere! |

| Too close to the freeway. You had to go thru another hotel's parking lot to get to it. The rooms were shop-worn. Our rooms were on the first floor, right near the office and the desk clerk told me I could not change the location. This was definitely a low budget hotel. I would not stay there again. |

| I was very impressed by front desk clerk's service. She was very professional and helped me in many ways. She made me feel she can do anything I want. Bed in room was very comfortable and room was very clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent. I would definately stay here again on my next trip to knoxville.I would recommend all travelers to stay here. It's really worth trying it. |

| My first impression was that the room was sparse and outdated yet seemed quite clean. The bed was not very comfortable, the pillows were very small, and the air conditioner/heater was quite loud. There was a good bit of noise throughout the night and we could easily hear phones, alarm clocks and voices from the neighboring rooms. In the morning, I flicked on the light in the bathroom to find lots of little brown bugs crawling all over the walls, tub, and floor... small, young roaches. On closer examination, we also found them on the wall outside of the bathroom. The staff said that they had never had a complaint of roaches in the two years that they had worked there. I find that hard to believe. With that many young roaches in just one room, the adult population must of been there for awhile. |

| Our stay at this hotel was uneventful and satisfactory. We happened to be put in the handicapped room, which was, of course quite convenient to the office. The hotel is close to a Cracker Barrel for breakfast. |

| I reserved 2 standard rooms through Travelocity, and got 2 handicapped rooms in which the air conditioner smelled of mildew and the room needed some TLC... free breakfast was minimal. For the price I paid for 2 rooms for 5 nights, I expected better accomodations and amenities. I travel on business a lot, and this motel will not be on my ""return"" list. |
