It was very convenient to the highway and other locations and had great beds. The bathroom was so small that the door almost hit the toilet. We just needed a place to sleep for the night before continuing on our road trip and this hotel was perfect. Everything was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable and it was easy to get to from the highway.

I have stayed at Quality Inn east(Strawberry plains location)many times.I recommend it to other collegues.My experience has always been superb.This is one of the best hotels I routinely stay at .The rooms are very clean and well equipped.The accommodations are excellent and most is impressive was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff-it was a pleasant change from most.I wish all hotels I stay with were this good.I definitely would recommend,and definitely will return.GREAT PLACE TO STAY, MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy internet in room that wasn't wireless and very friendly/helpful staff. Fantastic value and convenience. Staff was extremely helpful and good free breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last week and was thrilled with cleanliness of rooms. Guest service staff was very friendly and professional. They recommended me about local restaurant Puleo Grill on their exit, which was great place to eat. Hotel breakfast bar was neat and hot waffles were good. I enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn East and would recommend all travelers to stay here because I believe you would not find a hotel with affordable rate plus clean rooms and excellent guest service. All in one!

It was clean, usually quiet, we could park close to the room. My partner and I needed to get some time alone, away from work, family, friends and cell phones. We were able to relax in a clean comfortable room doing nothing but relax and enjoy each other. We were no more than 30-45 minutes away from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the mountains but far enough away to have peace & quiet.

Prepaid for the room online (because they were listed as allowing pets). When I arrived, they had a pet fee that was an additional $*. The only "pet rooms" were upstairs at the end of the hall, right on the Interstate. Not only was the room very moldy smelling, the outside traffic made it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was also noisy. You have to sign a document that you won't leave your pet alone in the room unattended, so in order to unload the car, I had to go up and down the steps with my dog in tow, while dealing with luggage. The staff was clearly uninterested in my problems when I reported them. Not only will I not choose this location again, I will never stay at a Quality Inn anywhere!

I was very impressed by front desk clerk's service. She was very professional and helped me in many ways. She made me feel she can do anything I want. Bed in room was very comfortable and room was very clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent. I would definately stay here again on my next trip to knoxville. I would recommend all travelers to stay here. It's really worth trying it.

"Our stay at this hotel was uneventful and satisfactory. We happened to be put in the handicapped room, which was, of course quite convenient to the office. The hotel is close to a Cracker Barrel for breakfast."

The room was a nice size and there were plenty of pillows. Sheets for the sofa bed and had holes in them. However, they were clean. Nice size rooms, soft beds, easy on and off highway.

"I reserved 2 standard rooms through Travel website, and got 2 handicapped rooms in which the air conditioner smelled of mildew and the room needed some TLC... free breakfast was minimal. For the price I paid for 2 rooms for 5 nights, I expected better accomodations and amenities. I travel on business a lot, and this motel will not be on my ""return"" list."

Comfy beds and clean linens. This hotel was reasonable priced and right off of highway 40 in Knoxville TN. The room was clean and the staff seemed friendly and willing to help with any needs. While the rooms are not overly luxurious they provided all the needed amenities in a clean no frills manner. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on business or just needing a layover on a trip. The free breakfast was small but adequate and a nice touch after a day of travel. Overall a nice place to stay at a fair price.

Very easy to find right off the interstate. Very clean and it was an all around exellent hotel. I thought it was an excellent hotel. No complaints at all.

I spent one night here on my way through TN. The room was clean and the high speed internet access was definitely a plus. A good value and I would stay there again.
