I would stay in it again. I would recommend it to friends. It met my expectations for the reasons of my travel.

There is only one cartoon station that is available for the kids to watch, and it doesn't have appropriate cartoons alot of the time. You should upgrade your television choices. Also, a group of young boys stayed in rooms next to our and insisted on playing hockey up and down the hallway outside of our room at 10:00 a.m. Another hotel guest complained and the problem was taken care of PROMPTLY by the hotel staff. I commend them on how fast they were to solve this problem and the manner that is was done. THANK YOU!!

The staff turned on the heat for the room before we arrived. It was -19 that night. Breakfast buffet was high carb. Excellent service by the staff. Good location. Room was clean.

This hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and the pool was immaculate. The hotel was beautiful. If I am in that area again, I will surely return.

I liked the location. My daughter forgot her pillow and we got it back. The breakfast had a lot to be desired. We like bananas at breakfast and they are not that expensive that you could not afford to offer them. My son-in-law enjoys hot breakfasts but he had to settle for a toasted bagel. He was disappointed in your selection.

Nice hot tub. Rooms not clean especially the carpet. I wanted a nonsmoking room and got a smoking one which was horrible. Everything reeked of smoke. Cigarette burns on tub, wall paper peeling. The carpet had been vacuumed but had not been cleaned in sometime, it looked horrible. Exit/Entrance did not work the whole time we were there.
