This Hotel was a very nice hotel for the money. It is clean, quiet, and in a downtown location with lots of covered parking. Will stay here again in the future when coming to Sacramento.

Staff was A+ friendly and helpful.

There was a big stain right in the middle of the bedspread. Bathroom was clean but in need of update. Front desk greeting was below average and could have been friendlier. I would not be likely to stay at this particular hotel again.

I first circled the location three times before I was able to get a parking space in the small lot. I checked in and arrived at the reserved room and found that it had not been made up from the previous guest. I was then told by the desk person that it was the only room available. After much complaint I was "found" another NON-SMOKING room. Unfortunately, the new room smelled strongly of tobacco odor, the heater ran all night (but never raised the temp) and the refridgerater did not work. I had planned to stay four nights because of the location, but checked out the next morning.

In the Capitol area of Sacramento, rooms at reasonable rates are hard to find. The Quality Inn is a good value for the business traveler as well as the sightseer. It provides comfortable rooms and beds, free parking (which doesn't come cheaply in that area), and free wireless internet. Those last two items sold me on that place! It was also two blocks from the capitol, the conference center, and the performing arts--easily walkable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in very easy.

Location to my areas of need. Tight parking. Downtown hotel, convenient to all business, offices and agencies in a large city downtown center.

Very friendly, pleasant staff. Frankly, it suited me just fine and thecost was very right. With the main office on an alley, facing the back side of a large parking structure, the immediate reaction is gulp. The staff is very welcoming, and it is a nice neighborhood. The bad news you do look at the trash bins of a restaurant. But you will come to appreciate it when you use that restaurant. It is the Melting Pot where they have great service and very interesting fondues. I usually avoid franchise establishments, but we had a very pleasant 3 hours there! Bottom line, this motel delivers a great value for the money and it is an easy walk to the California State Capital.

Great location, near many bars and restaurants, near shopping, safe location, not too bad and have all the necessities I needed. Very gloomy room, housekeeper didn't clean every day andtiny room. OverallI liked this room.I was on a budget andI didn't expect anything more than a bathroom with shower,TV and a bed. Its not the greatest spot butI didn't need to stay in the room during my stay. It wasn't dirty but it just looked gloomy. The room is tiny but it was just my boyfriend and I. This is a good location. Its near shopping, restaurants, and bars, its hard to find a parking space and space is limited. OverallI would stay again.

The kitchenette was fully functional. The room was dirty, the staff was rude. Not family friendly. If you are a single person or a couple who doesn't worry about the cleanliness of the place you are staying, this is perfect for you! The sheets and towels are dirty and smell funny. To get clean ones, you need to shlep them down to the lobby yourself. And don't worry about the lack of restaurants close by: the room has a kitchenette that is fully functional!

Continental breakfast. The lobby was clean and new. Overall filthy, seemed there were women with many guests if you know what I mean. I would never stay there again!

It was clean and roomy. The parking was cramped. The hotel is close to the heart of Sacramento, within walking distance to the legislature and the convention center. The room was clean, the parking was cramped. But overall, if luxury doesn't matter, this is a good place to stay.

The location was fantastic with convenient transportation around downtown Sacramento. The desk clerk was needlessly confrontational with another guest who was checking in while I was in the lobby.

It had free Wi-Fi. The maid bursting in andthe management was not caring. The uncaring attitude about my situation. The maid walked in without knocking, the management, when I share about this, did not care. I was in my underwear, and stressed about this. If I were a woman and if it was a man who walked in, I'd own the hotel by now. Where's the respect?

Convenient to the convention center. Noise the first night and morning. It was perfectly adequate lodging.

The breakfast provided was a nice surprise. I didn't feel overly comfortable in the neighborhood. Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was a little run down, but clean. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast that was provided was a nice surprise in the morning. I don't recommend a stroll through the neighborhood at night, as it was a little sketchy, but we felt safe inside the hotel.

It has convenient location, free breakfast and free internet. Small rooms. Good price, great location and easy access to downtown and convention center. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Rooms were somewhat small and dated looking. Overall, a good experience.

Great location and affordable, clean rooms. Bathroom floor was a little crappy. Very convenient location a good place to stay.

The location was the only thing that I liked about the hotel. The rooms were kind of scummy and the bathrooms were very dirty looking. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone especially considering the price range that was asked.

The location was great, it was walking distance to the convention center. The first day we arrived, we received a smoker's room, and the hotel was full, they could not change it. I have Asthma, and had a baby with me. They tried to help the situation, the first night by giving me a spray to help with the smell. The room's paper was peeling, and it smelled like smoke. We received towels for two. There was 3 of us, including my spouse. We also, had 2 pillows, and had to share a queen bed. The next day was better. We received a larger room, non smoker, had more towels and pillows, but had to still share queen bed. So, that day was much more satisfactory. the Staff was very nice, and attentive, and loved the location. My seminar was at the Sacramento convention center down the street. I could just walk. That was nice.

It's nice how all the rooms have a fridge and a TV with cable. The hotel is located downtown, not far from several great restaurants Over all, the rooms are fairly spacious, and include a desk and a fridge. Check in is at 3, and check out was a bit early for me: 11am. The hotel has exterior corridors, but if you stay on the second floor you should still feel pretty safe because no one can access the stairs without their active hotel room key. I'd stay here again.
