Farther from downtown than advertised. Had to walk thru seedy parts of town. FIRST time we've EVER paid for airport transportation and it was NOT advertised or we would not have stayed elsewhere as we had two different flights. Pool was closed and no apology was offered, simply too bad.

The service was fine. the location was very close to where we needed. The rooms were to far away from the desk for handicapped. The room was nice and clean. It was very hard for a handicapped person to get in and out of the building.

Very personable, friendly front desk staff; not only was my room non-smoking, the entire floor was non-smoking, room clean, bed extremely comfortable, very satisfying breakfast - plenty of choice whether you want waffles or danish,or if you are trying to eat healthy. We will stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times, usually just overnighters when flying in/out of Spokane. For us, the location has been a convenient one, Division street is right at the corner. On our last trip we got into Spokane too late to rent a car and it cost about 23 to get to the hotel. Overall, I would say a good place to rest your head for the night. Staff has been very friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay and now officially our standby hotel of choice for our semi-frequent trips from Montana to Seattle area. We check in late and only stay to sleep and hit the road, so we have not used pool, fitness room, restaurant, or lounge. However, the bed is super comfy, plenty of pillows, and the room is clean. That's all we need. Front desk staff is very friendly, and our non-smoking room is on a non-smoking floor - which I greatly appreciate. The complimentary breakfast has plenty of choices and satisfying. Unlike some complaints I've read, the freeway noise does not bother us, especially if you turn the AC fan on low. We have had two great consecutive stays, so will continue to book here.

They are quick in checking in and out very courteous that is all staff always making sure that all is going the way you want it to a very great experiment. AllI can say that everything was excellent all the way around. Rooms were comfortable and clean always, the service was excellent no time wasted with any staff they accommodated everything we wanted.

We have stayed at this hotel before and we will probably stay here again. It is a well maintained, clean, comfortable place to stay. If you are looking for elegant try the Hotel Lusso or The Davenport. It is in a convenient location for downtown activities or access to the hospitals. It is close to the freeway so if you are sensitive to noise request a room on the south side of the building.

Upon arrival we booked two smoke free rooms. We had only one. We were offered another non-smoking room, unfortunately it was on a smoking floor! The bed spread had cigarette burn holes! Food in the hotel pizzeria was terrible! The free appetizers were nothing more than frozen food from COSTCO! The pizza was a frozen piece of cardboard! I felt sorry for the wait staff, as they were shorthanded, working the sit in dining and room service. It took forever to be served. I feel I was mis-lead by the previous reviews and spent a lot of time looking for a reasonable place to stay in Spokane. I hope this was an isolated incident, but I feel there were far too many issues that indicate poor overall quality. This comes from someone who has pretty low standards!

Easy check in/check out, clean room, very friendly staff. Elevator was extremely slow. The hotel was much nicer then I thought it was going to be for being so cheap. The rooms were nice, roomy and clean. There were tons of mirrors! The staff was super nice and my check in/check out was quick, simple and hassle free.

Employees were helpful and close to the Interstate. Room was clean, however sheets had stain, and blanket had hair in it. Overall it was okay, but I expected more from a Quality Inn.

This was our second stay at this facility, the first being several years ago under different ownership. What an improvement! The lobby and dining area has been made much more pleasant, the staff is friendly and efficient, and they really care that you are there. Rooms have been refurbished. The facility has wireless internet, and a computer and printer are available in the business center. Breakfast is good and plentiful, offering waffles along with the usual cereals, etc., and not ending too early as so many do. Because there is an Interstate highway nearby, I would suggest that those really bothered by highway noise request a room on the south side of the building (even numbered rooms). We are used to quiet, but had no problem. The HVAC unit in our room worked really well and quietly (as opposed to our last visit there!) which probably helped mask the highway noise in our highway-side room.We have a lot of family in Spokane and are glad to have a pleasant, comfortable (well, new mattresses would be nice...), affordable place to stay.

We moved a daughter to Spokane. The central location was great!

Clean, friendly, easy access. Noice from the freeway was biggest drawback. Room small but OK for short stay. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, eating area was pleasant. Clean and friendly staff. Our biggest problem was the freeway noise in our room. Not a good side to be on.

Hotel has easy access to I-90 Little noise, but not bad.Excellent complimentary breakfast.Staff very attentive, very willing to please.Overall a great value, and a great place to stay.We will stay here again on our next visit to Spokane.

Our room was facing the freeway which was having work done overnight. The room had a smell of mold. Did not like the statement that they will enter your room each day for "security reasons" whether or not you put out the do not disturb sign. also did not like the non lit "no man's land" behind the hotel with people hanging out at night. I was not expecting a 5 star place, but was not expecting anything this bad.

Close to where I was having surgery the next morning. Employees could not tell me where anything I needed was located. Clean, but way overpriced for what they provide.

Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was exceptionally clean and in excellent shape. The pool was refreshing after driving in 90+ degree heat. We felt secure. The breakast was included - a nice selection; staff really on the ball. Reception helped us find a muffler shop in the morning for our hot rod. Our room was small but adequate for the one night. We would definately return. We were less than 100 yards from the interstate so if you are noise sensitive ask for a room on the back side. We had the window closed so it was fine.

The employees at this Quality Inn were very attentive and always had a smile and said hello. I needed a band-aid, no problem. Left my key in the room, taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than I thought it would be. The biscuits and gravy were awesome. I will stay here again.
