The Quality Inn Creekside is a great place for the money and then some. The location is great for us as we spend most of our time in the Great Smoky Mountains Park. The hotel is on the South end of Gatlinburg so going to the park is perfect. At night, it is very easy to walk all the way through Gatlinburg and back to the hotel. The rooms are a little dated but are kept clean. With a refrigerator, microwave, and lot's of space, (covered parking too) what else do you need for a relaxing vacation. Breakfast in the morning is very good. Hot biscuits and gravy are a great way to start. The breakfast area is also kept very clean. We will return here for our next Smoky's vacation.

The location was great, close to everything but 1 block off the main street made it very quiet. The hotel is older but clean and well kept, the rooms are large and the extra sink outside the bathroom came in really handy. Breakfast was great and the gravy biscuits were as good as everyone says. Having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was a cost saving from eating out every meal. We will definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay overall and would stay there again. I do think that the price was a tad bit high for the room.

Our visit to the Quality Inn was very nice. There was a small fridge that came in handy and a microwave. The AC worked great and talk about water pressure! The room was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The free continental breakfast was great, complete with biscuits and gravy.

We had a spacious room with a king bed, fireplace, private balcony. Good value for the money in April. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was good. Location is great - within walking distance of major attractions. We loved our first trip to Galinburg and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had mold under the sink, behind the door and above the shower in the bathroom.

Good location near national park and Gatlinburg attractions. Not easy to find due to signage clutter on street. Hotel is behind buildings on parkway. Hotel is showing its age, but is very clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Some nice amenities including fridge/micro, large bathroom, large room, fireplace. Blah b'fast. I have no complaints. I'd stay here again.

When we arrived in the room, it wasn't what I expected. They had a musty smell in the room. The mattress had a cigarette burn on it. We called the front desk to ask for someone to come clean the wall in the bathroom. They told us there was no housekeeping available until the next day. We walked to the office and asked again. The man working said 'ugh' and handed us cleaner and a towel. Not the perfect start to our stay there. We were both a bit disappointed.

The staff and location of hotel were great, the cleanliness of the room could've been a little better. The bathroom of any place can tell you everything! I was completely taken off guard when I wen to turn on the air 2 roaches scurried out, ran up the wall, then down on the carpet at which point I could not find them.

The price for the room was great given the location. Not a lot of amenities to speak of, but most of our time was spent outside the facility. The hotel staff was outstanding - very friendly.

The location was fantastic! The staff extremely helpful! The room had just been renovated. The overhead at sink didn't work so was dark. The maintenance man allowed us to use a lamp. Found two roaches in room. One in bathroom and the other at the sink area. Construction all around so difficult to park car. Walking back to motel at night a little scary with poor lighting. The hilltop view was beautiful!
