After an exhausting day of horseback riding, my Grandson and I were treated to an exceptionally clean and cool room. We immediately changed into our swim suits and took a nice long soak in the hot tub and a refreshing dip in the clear, cool swimming pool. The area was immaculate. The next morning we hit the continental breakfast- where we found more items than normally served in a traditional continental breakfast and again- the area was immaculate. The staff was friendly and had a map of the local area to give me so I could find our next destination. We were very pleased with our experience and want to stay longer next time.

The Comfort Inn in Cottonwood was a very nice place to stay.The cleanliness and quality of room was nice.The location was nice and scenic except that at night the streets around the place were not well lit. I did not feel safe walking in the area at night. We had an issue with the shower knob which took two and one half hours to correct (needed one metal screw)in the knob. I needed a shower after travelling all day and asked for a diferent room and was turned down. I was told by the desk clerk that an adjustment would be made to my bill upon checkout because of this inconvenience. There was no adjustment made and I did not make an issue about it. The breakfast was adequate for starting your day. Overall I was satisfied except for the one issue and the lying desk clerk. My wife and I stayed here for two days.

We did a late night check-in and the staff was very kind to wait for us until we arrived. However, the room was not up to our expections. The room was very spacious but the bed was not comfy and the wall b/t the rooms were so thin I could almost hear the fight in our neighborhood (which made me wake up as early as 5am).

Location. Distance between rooms and lobby, breakfast area, restaurant. Convenient location. The desk agent on duty when I checked in was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a good variety and the staff was very courteous and friendly. The room could use some paint on thresholds chipping, floor tile needs repair. Bed could have been more comfortable.

The room was comfortable. The included continental breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Location was a short drive to Sedona and Jeromone.

The comfort and friendly atmosphere was much more than we expected. Nothing to tell. We would strongly recommend the Quality Inn to all of our friends and relatives and we were so happy with the cleanliness of our room. The front desk personnel were very kind and helpful. Thank You.

The Quality Inn Cottonwood was a bit old in terms of the furnishings. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and not very effective. It was very nice in terms of having access to the Internet for free, and providing a refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. The mattress was comfortable and the room was a good size. It included a table with two chairs, a recliner, a desk with chair, a dresser, a luggage stand and a king-size bed. The sink and vanity provded a large counter space and was separate from the bathtub and toilet. The continental breakfast was above average and the computer with printer access and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch.

Good location, quiet. It wasn't the hotel. Lots of bikers revving up engines in am. The hotel provided an iron and board, a plus because we were going to a wedding. Comfortable beds with down blankets, a definite plus in cold weather. Very quiet location.

Restaurant dinner was excellent. We planned a weekend of touring the town of Jerome. It was difficult to get a room there and we were not sure what those accommodations would be like because they were so old. This quality inn down the hill from Jerome was perfect and helped complete a perfect get away weekend for us.
