The Comfort Inn Commerce was pleasant in decor, nicely located for outlet shopping and restaurants, and offered a substantial continental breakfast including make-your-own fresh waffles - such a treat. The rooms were clean and had a small fridge and table for two. The only negative was that all rooms open to an outside walkway and I prefer an indoor hallway from a safety standpoint although I had no incident or moment to question my safety during my stay in November.

Nothing. Quality of room. Hotel is maybe a one star, all rooms open to unsecured outside, cont. breakfast bad, tried to put me in smoking room when I requested non-smoking. Not a great hotel.

Room was clean. Bed was firm, but comfortable. My wife left a piece of jewelry in the room when we left. Called back to the hotel a couple of hours later and they found the jewelry. We appreciate the honesty.

We've stayed at this hotel annually for the last 3 years. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, and we find it to be a good deal for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The curtains were okay. Very inconvenient location and looked seedy. Was not happy with the accommodations, continental breakfast not provided in timely fashion for travelers and put up early. Outside entrances to rooms which is very unsafe for female solo travelers. Needs updating so that is doesn't look run down.

The double bed was not very comfortable. The bed did not have a fitted sheet on the bottom and during the night, you had to keep pulling the sheet up so that you did not sleep directly on the bed. The room was fine and the food was good. I would recommed checking out the Red Roof that is right next door.

Great room: clean, refrigerator, microwave and lots of space. Great hotel: right off interstate, large breakfast area and great pool. It was excellent. I was needing a place in Athens but all of the hotels there were booked up for student orientations. This was an excellent price and not more than 20 minutes away. After driving almost 11 hours, it was a relief to find a nice hotel to stay in for a reasonable rate.

The continental breakfast was great. The room wasn't what I expected; it looked like it needed a little work. The staff was real friendly and the breakfast was good.

Location to our destination, easy access to shopping, friendly environment and clean. Carpet needs a good shampoo cleaning although they are clean to the eye, pool closed during our stay during summertime. We would say there again in a minute! Service was excellent, staff was helpful and friendly. Great location to shopping and uga (we were there for the ole miss/ga game. The only thing that really disappointed me was that the pool was closed during our stay. We were looking forward to a relaxing evening in the pool each night while on vacation. The air conditioning system was awesome. That's the best one in any hotel we've ever stayed at! We wanted to bring the ac home with us!
