We stayed the night for our nieces graduation at Wake Forest U. Great rate thanks to orbitz. Car horns going off in the middle of the night. The breakfast bar was awlful bruised fruit, attendants with NO hygiene!! Tell the woman who checked us in to loose the lip stud and the GREEN fingernals. She was rude!!

Front desk staff was friendly. Unsafe, dirty, definitely not safe for families, elevators didn't seem properly. I was greatly disappointed. My family agreed we would never stay there again. We agreed to drive 2 1/2 hours back home before we would stay there again.

Our first impression was that this hotel was not in a great neighborhood. Next, the room smelled, looked very ""tired"" and needed updating. It was just ""okay"" overall but we don't plan to return."

requsted a non-smoking room on line but was booked into a smoking room. not a very desirable location

Staff made sure my family had what we needed. Cramped parking lot, no ice machine on every floor. Hotel is your basic place to sleep with a motivated staff. I would stay there again.
