good breakfast. although the hall became crowded too quickly, they should have opened the pool side for eating out. After all this is only possible in summer months.

Clean, well maintained, excellent breakfast, and location. This hotel is ideal as a modestly priced hotel in the Burlington area. It was clean, the staff was always there, I checked in at midnight. The room was clean and there was a restaurant adjacent to the hotel as well as a McDonald's and Burger King. Better to go to Burlington for a great array of eating places. There is a pool, I did not use it. It is no-frills, but better to spend your money on Burlington attractions.

Desk staff was not familiar with "best Buy" prepaid booking and almost recharged my card; otherwise they are friendly and helpful. The room was rather small for a double--no closet, had to get almost into the bathtub to close the bathroom door. The breakfast bar is not well organized--e.g. cereal bowls are at opposite end of counter from the cereal packets. The location is good--easy to get to downtown Burlington, easy highway access. Weekday price is oaky, weekend a little high for the amenities offered.

The hotel was OK the staff was basically friendly. The pool was small and dirty but usable. A late night fire alarm with no guidance from hotel staff did not help things. My biggest complaint mayy be the fault of Orbitz, Choice hotels, or myself in that we specifically picked a choice hotel because of choice rewards points and do not get them when using orbitz and I was not aware of this when booking.

Nothing. The room was filthy. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We stayed 3 nights, and were never given clean towels. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was wet from a leaky A/C unit.

My wife and I stayed here when it was a Fairview Inn...not much has changed. Our accommodations were fine for an overnight stay after visiting with friends in the area. Those requiring more than a clean room with adequate parking, restaurants nearby, and easy access to Burlington, Shelburne, and I-89 can look elsewhere, but you may pay more.

We booked this room because it was among the suggested places to stay for the Vermont Quilt Festival. Although it was semi convenient, there were not may choices of places to eat that we found anyway or to shop for something to do during "down time" In fact the entire city did not seem to have many of these places to offer unless we just were unable to locate them.

Above average breakfast. Did not have non-smoking room when we signed in.

My room was very clean when I checked in. During my stay however, I had to ask that the maid make the bed and clean the coffemaker. I left the ironing board out the first day and it never got put away. The Deluxe Cont. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. I ate out. Except for the pool area, there is no where on the grounds to sit and relax. The walls are a bit thin. The day staff seemed put out when I asked that the maid clean the coffemaker . For a quick one or two night trip I might stay there again because of location. For a week's vacation I would not.

This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and large supermarket close by.

The extended hours for breakfast. The king size mattress sloped inward. The price was good for the quality of the motel. The continental breakfast had a wide variety if items. The employees were friendly and courteous.

Nice place to stay for a business traveler. Will return.

Easy access to interstate. Very slow desk service. Most things about this hotel were acceptable but the front desk service was slow. The frustration in registration could have been mitigated if the attendant would have just made eye contact and said "I'm sorry for the delay I'll be with you in a moment".

Staff was trying to accommodate. The original room probably had not been used for a while and there were cobwebs and a few spiders in the room. The hotel was nice for the price that I got. Once we were moved out of the original room and into another we found it clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and it was a pleasant stay. We would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel is well located just off the interstate. The continental breakfast is a little Spartan. The hotel is clean and well situated. The price is excellent for this type of hotel. Staff is very courteous and the non smoking environment is appreciated. Good breakfast can be had at the diner just down the road from the hotel.

Location. Small breakfast room - a bit crowded in the morning. Clean, basic hotel - convenient location - good proximity to Burlington.

Location. The room was deplorable. No maid service the next day. Would never consider this Inn again. The room was small. The TV remote and telephone were filthy. The air conditioner vents appeared to never have been dusted. We were afraid to turn it on. There were no bedspreads to cover the beds-just a blanket and sheets. We had no maid service to make the beds or change the towels. When we complained to the front desk they merely apologized and handed us new towels. When checking out there were other guests waiting for an unseen desk clerk.

Very convenient location. Still using Styrofoam cups for breakfast. They said because they are cheaper than insulated cups. Terrible excuse. This hotel is fine if you are looking for a reasonably priced clean hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Room was small. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable.

Clean and had an inside elevator. Overall, a nice motel. It is convenient to Burlington and area colleges.
