What I found very disturbing was that at check-in my name came up with the wrong address associated with it. Staff was unable justify why this happened. Who is responsible for this error the on-line booking web-site or the hotel?

Nothing fancy, excellentvalue for medium price traveler, and good location to DC Beltway. Free in room internet, free breakfast, andworkout room.

The staff were very nice, the room was comfortable, the breakfast bar was also good. It is a bit awkward to get to depending on the direction one is driving from. It is in a very noisy area. We were awaken two out of the three nights with people in front of the hotel yelling around as if it was noontime! It is better to have a room on the backside which is not as scenery.

A group of us just needed a place to stay for the night for an even nearby the following morning. The hotel was good enough for this quick stay. The staff in the front desk could have been more friendly, but since it was the holiday weekend, she may have been handling a lot of people. The rooms were clean. The AC was a bit noisy. Breakfast was ok.

Nice front office staff. Poor housekeeping and internet service not as related on the phone. Housekeeping was inconsistent and incompetent. There was dirty trim in the bathroom, hair in the tub, etc. If Quality Inn paid more than the minimum wage for this work they might get more motivated staff out there on the dirty edge.

rooms were very clean and spacious. small refigerator in room and coffee maker. but no microwave. iron and iron board in side room along with hangers to ahnd clothes. very good for short stays,

Covered parking space, cleanliness, friendly attendants. I did not like anything. Very clean, although it is not located in the best zone in Washington DC as it pertains to crime, etc.

I like how they offered free high speed internet access, convenient so I could do my schoolwork. There was one employee who was very short with me and rude when I went to check in. Overall the staff was helpful, the room in good quality. The location is close to the highway and to DC even though there is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity if you are not in military.

The hotel was actually pretty quiet, once the doors were shut. Room reeked of cigarette smoke, found incense in air conditioner, just looked old!

The hotel is very beautiful and very clean. I like queen size bed better. This hotel was money well spent.

Continental breakfast Wireless internet didn't work and cigarette smell. Great price for DC area. Very convenient to Andrews AFB. Continental breakfast wasn't great, but allowed for a quick bite out the door. Room and bed was comfortable with everything you need.

The room was very clean and the food too. Strong stuffy smell in the hallway, or probably the ventilation has a problem. Very good over all, not noisy which is good and easy to find.

Convenient to Andrews AFB. The room, especially the bathroom, was in poor condition. I believe there is a newer section to this hotel. I was probably assigned a room in the older section. The rooms in the newer section are probably nicer and may deserve a higher rating.

The bathroom toiletries were very nice. And the toiletries given at the front desk. The bathroom does not have enough counter top space. They never had cookies available at night, when they are supposed to. Very comfortable, clean and nice sized rooms. Well kept and the bathroom toiletries are excellent. Hot items for breakfast would be good.
