There was nothing fantastic about the hotel but I had no problems either. Good location. The room was fine. Reasonable price for what I got. I'd stay here again. However, I wouldn't hessitate to stay somewhere else where I thought I'd be getting a better deal.

I liked the location, and the swimming pool. The bar/restaurant had good food as well as a friendly staff. The front counter personal were rude and not helpful. The bathrooms were dirty and run down.

From the moment we tried to check in,, it took 3 employees and the General Manager to figure out how to use a gift card. Dirty rooms, I emailed the pics to Gen Mgr, he considered the case closed. As a choice member ive never encountered such a lack of professionalism from every employee . When I approached the desk upon check out I was trying to tell the desk clerk of my concerns, she was visibly shaken and told me, I dont have time. They need bleach on all the linen. Its a lovely shade of grey. Ask for a towel for the pool, they put out a maximum of 5 towels the 2 days we stayed there. Ask for juice at the breakfast bar, and you get told, thats not my job! Well who's job is it? There was no one attending the buffet as we sat there drinking coffee watching the madness Anyone who goes there, be prepared, dont be expecting to be treated like a guest.

This is the 2nd time @ this hotel and it was as comfortable as the first time. This hotel offers nothing extraordinary but EVERYTHING is above average, which, to me, is great! Double queen beds are getting harder to find and this hotel has quite a few. Amenities are top notch.

Good location. Competitively priced. Bathroom was a little cramped. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I may make it my regular location to stay. It was convenient, and clean. While not fancy, the room and beds were comfy. The bathroom was a little cramped, but overall a decent deal for the money. Lobby and breakfast area were attractive, and the breakfast was satisfying. Staff was friendly.

Poor cleanliness, non-smoking room smelled of smoke, holes in the sheets, carpet must not have been vacummed for days, mold & mildew on shower curtain, no batteries in the TV remote, marginal air conditioner unit. Better to find another hotel nearby - there are several.

The Quality Inn of Brookfield, Wisconsin was the worst hotel stay I have EVER had!!! The Staff, including the manager, were very unfriendly, unhelpful, and down-right mean during my time of a family emergency! I will never stay at another CHOICE HOTEL again!!!

On the 3rd floor the rooms opened into the interior of the hotel. They had plenty of non-smoking rooms. On the 1st and 2nd floors the rooms opened to the outdoors. I liked it and will return again. I stayed one night after a Milwaukee Brewers evening game. The amenities and location were excellent.

When reserving on-line I didn't realize that this hotel didn't have an indoor pool. Seeing as this was my husband's and my local get-away and one of the main reasons for booking at this hotel we were both disappointed. It did it on the Internet as having a pool, but I didn't realize that it was only an outdoor pool. What helped make up for this disappointment was the awesome bed. We reserved a king size non-smoking room and the bed was the best part! It was sooo comfortable and the down comforter was great! LOVED IT!

The elevator not located in a very convienent spot. Continental breakfast was o.k. like it is in most Hotel chains. Bathrooms could have used a better cleaning---very scummy bathtub and hairs on the floor. It was easy access off and on the main road to Hotel. No need to stay here again.

Small rooms, continental breakfast was not supplied well, housekeeping did a very poor job of cleaning the room. Staff was very helpful, rooms were small, housekeeping staff did not attempt to clean room at all while we were there. Towels were old and while I hope they were clean, they were significantly discolored. Property has some differed maintenance. Continental breakfast had good selection but they did not do a good job of keeping it stocked.

We attended a wedding at a lovely Brookfield hotel. This Brookfield hotel was half the price, and only 5 minutes away. Desk service was friendly and helpful (they were baking cookies when we arrived). Only issue was that the room was small, and there was a slight maintenance issue, which the desk staff took care of. We had a little bit of an issue accessing the fitness room, but it included the basics. Pool was closed for the season. Breakfast was wonderful, but prepare yourself for a glut of simple carbohydrates. Given space issues, that is what you would expect. Coffee was good and unlimited, so I will forgive the options of cereal, white bagels, muffins, and waffles (note to staff... a wheat bagel here and there won't kill you). I was impressed with what the hotel attempted to do with their limited size. It was quite friendly and welcoming, and a scenic drive to downtown Milwaukee afterwards along Bluemound Road. Recommended for anyone who prefers staying in the suburbs instead of the city, although access is strictly by car.

Very freindly staff. Excellent restaurant next door. The only problem I had was the one time I needed the internet for a quick work project, it was down. They borrowed parts to another person staying in the motel. Good for him, bad for me. Otherwise a solid motel for the money.

Friendly staff. Night shift clerk was great. Many things did not work, pool closed, poor breakfast. This hotel needs some serious updating and repairs! The fridge and remote did not work in one room, the remote and AC/Heat unit did not work in the other, and both rooms had issues with the lights. The breakfast was barely there-no orange juice or waffle mix and the rolls were stale. Outside pool still closed on nice days for it. Ill definitely pass Quality Inn by in favor of other hotels that know what Quality actually means.

Quality Inn Brookfield is convenient to shopping, and many restaurants with easy access to Interstate. Staff were very accomadating. Room was comfortable but could have used a thorough cleaning. Basics were taken care of, i.e. vacuuming, dusting, cleaning toilet/tub, but walls, doors and windows had been neglected for some time, and the carpet could have used a good shampooing. (Unsightly stains in several places) We stayed 3 nights, room was cleaned once. Had to ask for clean towels and coffee. I would probably not reccomend this hotel to a friend due to lack of cleanliness.

Continental breakfast was outstanding. They didn't clean my rooms for 3 days straight. Didn't like that. It was a good hotel.

The bathtub needs some work. Freshening up on the caulk. Appeared to be not clean. Other than that, it was fine.

That it was close to shopping & restaurants. The bathtub did not look clean, there was a ring in it. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room itself was clean and inviting.

Quality Inn Brookfield was convinent to the interstate & there are several affordable resturants close. The breakfast offered at the hotel was limited & the area too small for the number of guest trying to eat every morning. My room was comfortable.

Everything was fine: location, cleanliness, price, staff courtesy. Really nothing. Air conditioner was a bit loud, but not bad. I plan to stay here again.
