Iloved the pillows, they were fluffy and suited for side sleepers. The hot tub was too small and Luke warm. All in all the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was absolutely worth the stay! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

After checking in we were dissapointed how the room looked. Remodeling here means painting over old wal lpaper. Bathroomssis old and looks even after cleaning not clean. No decoration at all on the walls. It smells funny in the rooms. Breaksfast is great so are the people who work here. With all the competition in Branson we are sure there is a better bargain for the money. Would not stay here again.

So when I booked this room online, the reviews I read were okay... decent price, decent location... sounded good. Upon checking in, it was very smooth, and the desk staff were very helpful. group in front of me were told that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours. As I checked in, I was also told the pool and hottub were open 24 hours. After our Branson show that night, we came back to the hotel, had some thing to eat, and put on our bathing suits to go swim. The pool door was locked. Hmm... probably a mistake... so I went back to the room (in a different building) called front desk... No, its closed, it closes at 11. WHAT?! Disappointment. Now for the rooms. We had no base boards in our room and it looked like they had been ripped off. There were holes aroud the base of the walls and part of the bottom of the room door was missing, you could stick your hand right through it. The rooms were clean, but I did not feel very comfortable. I would not stay here again.

Very comfortable beds, and good breakfast. Bathroom had a step up, this could be dangerous in the middle of the night. Enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were great. Location was good. Our only complaint or concern was the step in the bathroom, this may have been peculiar to this room.

the hotel personel were very helpful when our air condition broke. the location of this hotel is excellent and the rooms were clean and fine. The continenal breakfast was good giving us many selection. Definitely stay here again.

We liked the in door pool because even though it was snowing my kids could still swim. Only a couple of thingsI did not like was that the snack and drink machine did not work.

We stayed at the Quality Inn for 3 nights and every night was a great experience. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They provide a good breakfast. The indoor swimming pool area was nice, but the hottub needs improvement. Overal a great experience.

The pool was heated and clean. Room was clean. The furnishings were dated, but room was comfortable. The lobby/breakfast area was nice. The indoor swimming pool was great! The pool was heated and clean. You have to walk outside in the cold to get to the indoor pool, but it was worth it.

The hotel was clean. The location was convenient. The free breakfast was wonderful. One of the room smelled a little like cigarette smoke. Need to update bedspreads. Clean, pleasant, good location.

The continental breakfast was nice and the staff serving was a delight. They were friendly and helpful. The bathroom had cracks in the wall with mildew starting to form. The indoor pool and hot tub were small and not ceiling tile was falling down. I would not recommend this hotel as a place to relax it is just a convenient place to stop. The delivery truck woke me as they were turning around in the parking lot.

Good location. Run down, towels smelled like smoke, sheets kept coming off the bed and mattress was very stained, dirty. Yuk, I would at least expect cleanliness. The towels reeked of smoke and the whole place was dirty.

Location. Bad air conditioner; torn, rough linens/bedding/musty odor. The location was very good, but the blankets were like brillo pads and worn, we were either sweating or freezing; there was no front on the air conditioner and the adjustment knob was off of it. There was a humid musty smell in the room. We rested very little and felt disappointed. Never again.

The location, hot tub and breakfast all surpassed my expectations. The walls were somewhat thin and we had loud children in the room next to us. It was a really good hotel. It was clean and I really have no complaints. I was very happy.
