This Quality in was anything but quality! It was very out of date and needed remolded badly. The room had a terrible odor and was very dirty. There was mold on the bathroom sink and it was rotting away. The room had a nice setup, it just needed tlc very badly. We did enjoy the indoor pool very much, it was kept up.

The views. The hotel was very nice and clean.

We were very happy with our stay in this motel, I don't understand all the other bad reveiws. We had a Oceanfront room Bike week 2008 (family vacation, NOT a loud party motel). Our room looked great and the bedding was wonderfull. If you looked under heaters there was some dust and you can tell it is getting a little age here and there. Terrific location, indoor and outdoor pools were great. Easy check-in and check out. Ask for the AAA discount, we saved 10%. I would recommend to anyone, we will stay again. Our experience was not the same as everyone else complaining here. Resterant at hotel had very slow breakfast service, eat somewhere else.

I dont think I would suggest this room the shape that the rooms are in now. We had a suite on the boardwalk with ocean view. Which was nice. But the rooms definatly need a makeover!!!! They are working on the 6th floor. They need to do the 4th floor next!!!

This was a great place to stay for a first time trip to Ocean City.

The pools and jacuzzi. Everything was great! The rooms were clean, comfortable and big. The pools were nice, especially having an indoor pool with jacuzzi. We used that several times. The location is perfect right in the center of the boardwalk. Close enough to walk to the excitement but far enough away so it wasn't noisy at night. Will definitely stay here again! And had breakfast twice in the restaurant downstairs. The food was good, service a little slow but the host Michael is fabulous!

When doors have broken locks, carpet looks like a minefield, Restaurant smells like ans ashtray and has dirty doors, windows, and menues, and is empty at meal-times..it,s pretty obvious that new owners, or mgt. team is desperately needed. The facility could be a really good destination if only someone cared. It's all down hill from here unless someone steps up to do the simple and basic things. It's a shame to see a good location mismanaged.

Was a perfect location, 16th Street, beach front and on the boardwalk, close enough to walk down to all the hoopla, but far enough away to relax. Room was nice, eat in kitchen, king size bed with a pull out couch, and chair in the sitting area. Perfect for two people and if you had more there was a curtain to seperate the sitting area from the bedroom. We parked the truck and had everything we needed within walking distance, shopping, dinning and bars. Staff friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit. Ask for the renovated side, we heard the other rooms were not as nice.

Staff was excellent. Power washing too early and fitness room was too small.

Don't waste your money- this hotel is terrible!! Terrible customer service and horrible rooms. The people in the front office were rude and not helpful. The rooms were crappy!!! Three people came in and complained about their rooms while I was there! They are terrible!! I moved to the Quality Inn at 33rd street- a dream hotel for the same price!! Don't waste your money folks!

"I will never stay here again. Phone, tv remote, shower head, all broken or disgusting. No bath fan, visible rust, furniture worn out, I could go on. Housekeeping tracked gum all over the floor, elevators were out of order, maids forgot to make up one of our beds, gues services book had mildew on every page, poor parking space availability....you are ill advised to stay at this hotel."

The view of the ocean was wonderful but our balcony door was so rusty you could barely open it, our front door would barely shut, our sheets were stained, and on the day of checkout housekeeping started beating on the door at 9:00 AM. They even just opened up the door 4 times even after we told them we were not done and hung the do not disturb sign on the door. It's not very nice to be standing in the bathroom and have some lady just walk in and ask you if you are ready to leave yet when you have 2 hours til checkout.

The Quality Inn on 17th street in Ocean City, Maryland was a nice older hotel, with lots of modern amenities. I liked the convenient location, and the food was good.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels for the money! We spent * per night with mold in bathroom- chipped tiles disgusting! The people in the front during the day were not only clueless but had no idea about customer service. Three people were complaining about the rooms! On the website it looks good, but DON'T waste your money!! I stayed for less than that at the end of week - I finally got out of that crap hole!!! I stayed at another Quality Inn further down they were wonderful and the rooms were SPOTLESS!)

The Hotel's location on the Boardwalk is really the only good thing about staying here. Although the lobby area appears to have been renovated recently, the same is not true of the guest rooms. The guest rooms were very shabby - especially for the price!

Te view and the beds were awesome. Lke warm water in shower, not hot. M and a friend stayed one night and we walked along the boardwalk from our room. Hd an ocean view. Geat beds, very comfortable. It was the quiet time of year. No hot tub and the swimming pool was to close to the front desk guys,I felt uncomfortable going into the pool with the front desk in view. Need curtains.

The Quality Inn at Ocean City is directly on the boardwalk and the beach and has great ocean views from its rooms. The hotel has seen better days but renovations are in progress it seems. Our visit began with assignment to a room that was so small there was only room for one chair which was located in the closet! Fortunately for us,there was no heat in this room and after being offered a space heater, which we declined, we were reassigned to another room. This second room was much bigger, however, the TV in this room did not work and the hotel staff could not fix the problem. We were then assigned yet a third room and this room was great. We had a great view of the ocean and beach and boardwalk and the heat and television worked. We did have some elevator problems. On one occassion coming down to the main floor, the doors would not open. After several attempts going up to a higher floor and returning to the first with no success at getting the doors to open on the first floor, we went up to the second floor and walked down. On our last day we had to carry all our bags down six flights of stairs because both elevators were under repair. In spite of all the moves and elevator trouble, we had a great time. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved our three day get away.
