This hotel is mostly just what you'd expect, however, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness (above average throughout, enough to make you feel really comfortable), the spaciousness and layout of our room, and the presence of an indoor pool and hot tub (although it is rather small and could use some updating). We enjoyed our continental breakfast; the kids were happy to find waffles, although some of the other promised items like cinnamon rolls were missing. The location is great and it was very quiet. All in all this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in the two-star hotel class.

Conveniently located for our needs. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Very quiet, clean and friendly staff. Excellent value. Would recommend to family and friends (and did!). Egg patties at contiental breakfast not up to expectations of the rest of meal. Liked the fact turkey sausage was offered as a choice to pork for breakfast meat. Wished more hotels / restaurants would offer a non-pork choice of breakfast meat.

Bathroom Mirror dirty. Hallways smell moldy. Needs serious cleaning...Lighting is alot to be disired, probably so you cant see the dirt..

The room was less than appealing. It was adequate, but the matress was tired out as well as the pillows. The staff, including the manager, was less than helpful. The breakfast was poor and they did not even have fresh coffee first thing in the morning. I returned with my family around 8 and they were out of coffee! The manager preferred to talk on the phone to an employee rather than help me check out. We were there due to a funeral and they did not make the experience anymore enjoyable. We were planning to return in two weeks for a visit in KC, but will NOT be returning to this motel. It served its purpose of a place to stay, but definitely not to return to.

Close to interstate and easily seen from interstate. Took my parents to visit family and was only 5 minutes from their house so everything went well.

It took us three tries before we were given a clean room when we checked in. The first room was totally trashed and the second room had not been cleaned. We were finally given a room that had been cleaned. On the second night our card would not open our door and we had to go to the front desk and have them fix our card. On the third night we came back to our room to find that it had not been cleaned. I didn't mind that the beds had not been made but I did mind that we didn't have any clean towels and that the trash had not been emptied. The people at the front desk were very nice and if they hire a new cleaning crew I would stay here again. But they really need to find some better help in the cleaning department.

Modest, but comfortable. Worn and in need of remodeling. This hotel was adequate for 1 night. AC worked well. Quiet. Good location from interstate. Near a major restaurant.

The heat did not work in the first room, took from 10:30 pm until the morning to get warm in the second room, then was so hot you could not stand it. Both rooms were not clean and the closet door would not open. When the toilet overflowed, that was the last straw and we asked to be moved to a third room. It was on the second floor, had no refrigerator and microwave and the door to the stairs would not open from either side, which is a fire hazard. We decided we wanted to cancel the rest of our stay and go somewhere else, but they would not agree to refund our money. We told them we would pay for the one night, just cancel the rest of the reservation. Finally, after the clerk talked to online travel website and her manager, we are supposed to be refunded the amount for the other four nights.

This hotel does not have showers. The spigots with the pull to turn on the shower head has been changed so there is nothing to turn on the shower. The closet was so mildewy that it was unusable. Even not hanging my clothes in it did not prevent my clothes from absorbing the mildewy smell. The high speed internet is only wireless. Good internet is vital for my job. Wireless often is unreliable and not enough bandwidth. Evidence showed that they had removed their fixed internet for wireless, probably for the very reason they could provide one DSL for the entire hotel. Cheaper for them but bad for their guests.

Simple but nice breakfast. Swimming pool water was questionable with chlorine. The facility seemed small. Our room's floor sloped from some unknown reason. Pool water had a lot of chlorine and was quite small.

I was very pleased with my room. It was immaculately clean and attractively decorated. I felt quite safe and secure there. Eventhough the hotel is located close to an interstate highway, it was very quiet and peaceful. The front desk employees were polite and helpful. I will stay there again.

The room was average size, beds were comfortable, towels were a bit shabby but clean. Breakfast was fair, nothing special but it was a start to your day. Restaurants close by and easy access to interstate. Staff always welcomed us back home when we returned to our room which I thought was very nice! I would stay again.

Quality Inn blue Springs is situated conveniently just off I-70 at Mo.7, but actually getting to the Hotel itself off a side road is alittle tricky if you're not familiar with the area. The check in person seemed disinterested and the lobby is unattractive and small. The room wasn't bad; and the chief complaint is the hotel is immediately adjacent to a Denny's which must be open either all night or at least very late. The crowd for it is noisy and it seems to be a late night drunk stop. The breakfast is free but the choices are limited and the coffee is colored water. The day staff was a little friendlier and the actual clientele at the hotel are your tyopical road warriors. The price was right but for even that much or maybe $10 more one could do a lot better in the immediate area.

Good location. Extremely noisy and impolite group shared the facility on this weekend stay. Was much nicer on weekday stay. Our family stay on the weekend was much less pleasant than my business stay during the week. There was an extremely rude group sharing the facility that made using the public spaces (pool, breakfast area) unpleasant. The hotel itself was clean. On my weekday business stay here, the breakfast was great. On the weekend, it was not even mediocre.
