Even though my room was pretty inexpensive, I was still disappointed. It is in need of some overall cleaning and maintenance. Hotel staff was brusque but still polite enough. Room and bathroom were clean, but carpet was in need of a steam cleaning and the air was stale. Verdict: Decent for the price, but I've had better for that price.

The hotel was close to the university. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Chlorine smell was overpowering.

This place should have its relationship with choice hotels revoked. The bed was shot, the bathroom had hair in several places, The exercise equipment was old and broken down. The alarm clock was broken. Total upkeep of the place is very poor or none at all.

Room was okay, bed a little more comfortable than many. Breakfast wasn't that great - not many options. Pool definitely needs some TLC - pool maintenance. Outside lighting could be better at entrance/road.

Pool was pretty nice. Hot tub was noisy and needed more water. It was fine, nothing special, pool was warm and nice, but pretty small, the hot tub was a little outdated, rooms could also use an upgrade but were clean.

It had an indoor pool for my niece. The spa was loud and did not work well in pool area. Quality Inn in Bloomington was a good location for business travelers on the go. I would not recommend the breakfast they serve, but it was nice to stay in for a night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff was friendly and the room was clean! Also, they were very helpful when calling to let me know that my headlights were still on. Very good stay.

Nice rooms for the price. Access from highway was a little awkward. Very nice for the price, staff very helpful and nice. I stay in hotels/motels about 3 days a week on average and I have paid a lot more and gotten a worse hotel. I would recommend.

Location was good. Room was unattractive & looked dirty. When entering the hotel the lobby appeared to be clean and attractive. My room was outdated and I felt that it was not clean.

Beds were comfortable. Spider webs in room. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Back door was propped open with a rock, not too safe, especially at night. Room had spider webs all over ceilings. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Hot water takes a while to get hot.

Easy access to my car. The place smelled bad. It was the standard, by the side of the road, American motel. Slightly shabby, but adequate for one or two nights. I thought I had asked for a non-smoking room, but got a smoker instead. And it really smelled bad. So did the halls.

Location. At arrival the door was open, bathroom not cleaned and no hot water in morning. As stated in q. #14. Upon arrival the door to room 212 was proper open, which gave rise to security issues. I wanted to shower after a long drive to Bloomington, but the bathroom was not clean. I arrived approx. 5 pm. The next morning when I went to take a shower, the water only got Luke warm. Quality inn has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was not satisfied with my accommodations! I would like a total refund. I am not interested in a free night at quality inn.

Average hotel. No early coffee. The hotel was average until I found out that I didn't save any money on this hotel.

The price was much too high compared to the price the hotel gave to other guests. No elevators to accommodate older guests. Too few parking spaces. The rooms looked clean however one of the blankets was not. Breakfast staff was not very friendly. Door keys only worked once then had to get one reactivated. We had an adjoining room so no need to get the other keys reactivated. Not a good hotel for the price; just my opinion.

Continental Breakfast was nice...location was nice for I visit. Would not provide a receipt upon checkout. Everything was fine until checkout. There is nothing lavish about this hotel. Would have preferred Marriott, but, they were booked. I would always prefer to have a receipt indicating the expenses I approved when leaving a hotel.
