My family was in APALACHIN, NY to visit Binghamton University. We stayed at the hotel because it was close by and affordable. We enjoyed it soon much we are planning to stay there again soon.

Very clean. Hard mattress. Very nice, very clean and did not stink of mildew or smokers.

Everything at this hotel was top-notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even let our family gather in the afternoon in their meeting room at no extra cost. The rooms were very clean and breakfast in the morning was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.The price of the room was good and the location was perfect. Very close to Binghamton, yet very quiet at night.

Dingy room, no cold water, no coffee in room, no kleenex. Complained about scalding hot water in shower - shower fixed on 2nd day, but then sink had only scalding hot water. Coffee & kleenex not replenished in room. Non-smoking room smelled smoky. Travelling partners' non-smoking room had ashtray.

Friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast hours weren't posted anywhere. My stay was good and the location was very convenient to the wedding that I was attending. The staff were friendly and helpful despite checking in at 4 AM. I got up for the continental breakfast but it was already over. I didn't notice anything saying what the hours were for it. It was overall exactly what I needed.

Location. Excellent hotel about 2 miles from Vestal NY. Did not show up on most search engines. Very quiet. Huge bathroom counters. Large rooms. Hotel's about 7 years old. Reasonably priced.

Close to the city but not in the city. This is a great place to stay. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting that area.

Very friendly staff when we arrived at 2 in the morning. Very helpful staff, comfy beds and always had cleaned towels. If ever back in that area would stay there again.

Small, modern hotel, friendly staff. My wife felt the room was very stuffy, had trouble breathing, could not open windows. Nice, clean, modern hotel, right off route 17, very friendly staff, room ventilation should be improved.
