the best location right by the shuttle stop to take you to the visitor center. Wonderful breakfast! Exactly what we needed so we could hike all day. I'll stay there again the next time.

We liked the convenient location to Zion and the shuttle bus system. The pool was dirty and the pool water was rather cool.

Of all of the Quality Inns that I've stayed at, this is one of the best. The staff was friendly, our room was nice, and the area was terrific. I highly recommend this fairly inexpensive hotel if you are planning a trip to Zion National Park.

Convenient location. Air condition was too noisy and swimming pool had too much chemical which hurt the kidseyes badly.

Location, mini mart was excellent, porch for viewing. Dark room. This hotel is walking distance to Zion National Park, surrounded by red cliffs and close to shopping and restaurants. The room had a small refrigerator and a microwave. The laundry facilities are great and it was a real bonus to have a small porch area right outside the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was beautiful, but that's it. Pool closed at early time, so that my kids didn't have time to enjoy. AC in the room was so noisy so that we could not have good night sleep. This hotel didn't have elevator, so that it was so hard for us to bring our heavy suit cases upstairs. Entrance area of one of the room we stayed was so narrow, that we had to walk side ways. Hotel used pool towel as room towel. That did not look professional job. Pool towel and room towel should be separated in my opinion.

Pool is not heated, but much appreciated in the 100 degree summer temperatures. Some rooms have a nice view and a patio with chairs outside. Rooms that medium fridge and microwave and cable.

Convenient location. Vomit on staircase in hallway sat for over 24 hours. This hotel is located in great proximity to entrance of Zion. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service poor. I don't think there is anyone in attendance after hours. It is part hotel part RV park. There is a breakfast buffet provided which was wretched. Then there was the issue of vomit in the staircase which sat for over a day and when we called, we were directed to an outsourced phone number. It wasn't even cleaned up very well.

All of the staff with whom I interacted was extremely friendly. Hard beds. Front desk gave me a free upgrade (fridge/microwave in the room). Free breakfast in the morning actually had a variety of hot food too, and the guy was very friendly and helpful. Beds were hard and the pillows were flat. It was a great alternative to camping-)
