The young person at the front desk was very nice but Manager was not. After talking to manager to tell him we would not be staying at his motel he told me I'd have to call Orbitz. I did that. Orbitz told me to go back in and talk to him before they could do anything for me...in the meantime he left and couldn't be reached. Really?? Anyway, the place smelled very smokey and was not clean. We refused to stay there and moved to another motel. I will not book through Orbitz again. I spoke with Orbitz and they are forcing me to pay for one of the two nights even though the hotel was misrepresented. I am done with Orbitz and in my opinion they should be done with Quality Inn Annapolis.

Nothing Horrible staff. Tried to hussle extra money from us. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Not Pet friendly. Tried to hussle my girlfriend for exta money for having a 5lb dog. Tried to charge us an extra $50/day for having a dog for a 4 night stay ($200 total). Yelled at me when I refused to pay. Had all of my reservation wrong (name, cc#, address, room preference, etc.) Tried to put us in a smoking room. They blamed me and said it was my travel agent's fault (=priceline). And, I paid $120/night for this treatment.

We had a king nonsmoking room which was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was conveniently located to get on and off the highway into and out of the city of Annapolis.

Room was small, internet wifi worked well and staff was friendly. Complained of a slow drain in washbasin, it was repaired when I returned that evening.

Clean & neat, just stayed there for one night.

The customer service was impeccable. The handicapped parking was too far from the door. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and I would stay here again.

Forget the bad reviews you may have seen elsewhere. Its small, well lit, secure, clean friendly, helpful and you can make your own Belgian Waffle for breakfast. Great rates.

I toured the local micro brews/vineyards in central Maryland and hit the water in the Bay.

My grand daughter forgot her hat. The staff was very helpful in getting her hat returned to her. It was an issue to cross the Severn River bridge three times that evening. Everything was clean and comfortable. Given the same circumstances as this time, next time I would find a hotel on the west side of the Severn River bridge, to be closer to restaurants, movies and shopping.

1st exit over Chesapke Bay Brdg. Along service Rd. Easy to find, across from Sandy Point pk. Just a clean simple hotel. Nice size rooms, comfy beds, clean. Great DIY B-fast ends @9am. Waffle maker, & more. Not a walk around neighborhood, but an easy drive to the sites. Quiet, Plenty of parking, easy in/out. I would stay here again if in the area. Like I found a gem. Other hotel revws. are scary. AA++"

This hotel has seen better days--our bath faucet had a constant drip and the toilet was loose, so when you would sit down on the toilet it rocked. The room itself was kind of dingy, but that was just because it is so old and needs some updating!

Attending a funeral, it was in a good location. No dinner facilities, no real snack machines, etc. Attending a wake and funeral, it was in a good location. The room was clean and adequate with parking close to the main entrance and rooms.

There really isn't anything specail about the hotel. It was clean, it was cinvenient and breakfast was good. The hallway smelled of stale cigarette smoke but the room was fine. The vending machines were (nearly) empty and there is nothing but a liquor store within walking distance. Definitely worth the price and you get exacty what you are paying for here.

It had the worst bed I have ever slept on. It smelled bad. I have stayed in worst.

We stayed in a room with a king sized bed. The room and bathroom were clean but very, very small. However, the staff was very friendly and accomidating to our request for an early check in.

This hotel was convenient to Route 50, it was clean. The room and bathroom were both a little on the small side. The continental breakfast also left something to be desired. Also, my room safe didn't work and at checkout when I told the clerk, he said I should have told him, he didn't offer to reimburse me for the safe fee however. Overall, this hotel was okay.

Easy travel to and from my seminar. Helpful staff. Some of staff did not speak English well enough to understand.

It was perfect for what I wanted it for. The location was ok but on a main road. I used the hotel as I was going to the US Navy Ball and I just wanted a basic room to sleep in and that's what I got it is perfect for someone who just wants to use it for sleeping. The attractions are about 7 miles away which I guess isn't al that bad.

"Clean rooms, comfortable bed, small refridgerator and coffee pot in room, friendly staff. Breakfast selection was adequate -- waffle iron, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, juice, etc. Quiet location outside Annapolis, but extremely east to get to downtown area in less than 10 minutes."
