Hotel recently reburbished. Rug and bedlinens clean and comfortable but the bathroom looked like it had not be cleaned, especially behind the door. Breakfast was okay; you could actually make your own waffle!

December, 2007
There were 4 towels and clean sheets on bed. Main door needed replaced, mold in bathroom tile. Over all for just a place to sleep this hotel was ok - but if any time needed to be spent at your room, seemed to be more suited for a party location.

The staff was very friendly. Liked the pool. Bed was too soft. The area was very nice. Close to downtown, shopping dinning, and the mall. The staff was very helpful.

Friendly Staff. Old, smelly, needs upgrades to rooms, filthy! Hotel is very old and musky. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful, it did not make up for the condition of the rooms and facilities, the carpet and furniture look like they have not been replaced since the 70s. The bathroom was so bad that we took showers in shoes.

Nothing. Everything, the hotel is falling apart and the breakfast was a joke. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at (and I've stayed at youth hostels in Europe). It was dingy and falling apart. The bed had a piece of wood sticking out of it. I can't believe Ramada keeps a name on this hotel.

The air conditioner worked very well and the service was great. The cleanliness of the outside sidewalks was dirty and grimy. The bedding needs to be upgraded. With a few upgrades such as bedding and fixing some painting inside the room it would be a much better place to stay. It matches the rating that it receives.

Convenient location - good price. Need a new couch and chairs in lobby - they are a mess! It was good except having to sit on the conch in the lobby to use my laptop. The wireless connection did not work in our room (#113) so I had to spend time there the staff was exemplary however!

Phone not working changed to smaller room. Ice machine broken. Could not recommend this hotel to anyone but pigs.

Helpful staff. Was not as clean as should be. The location was good and staff was helpful. The room smelled really bad, so much so that we had to get air freshener from room service. We found chip bags behind the dresser, the carpet was so dirtily it was sticky and we had to take the bed spread off because it stank.

Continental breakfast was wonderful! Staff was very nice. Could hear cars on the highway during the night. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was great. Hotel needs to be refurbished. Rooms are very old looking and outdated.

Comfortable outside seating. Did not have the room I had called and requested. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping. A very nice courtyard.

The courtesy of the staff. The hotel room was dirty when we checked in. The hotel was good due to the fact that the staff was courtesy and helpful, but when we checked in the room was dirty and we changed rooms the next day and the toilet kept clogging and we had to plunge the toilet the whole time we stayed.

The woman at the front desk was apologetic about the wait. Hour wait for check in, dirty run down rooms, and loud guests. Could not believe this was a Ramada Inn. It is worse than most 1 star motels. The room was not very clean, and stank of smoke, especially when the AC was turned on. It took us an hour to check in. People were being loud at 3 AM. The hotel itself was run down.

Staff courtesy. It is getting old and showing age. Great accommodation for the price with excellent night time food and a good breakfast.
Date of Stay:
January, 2007
Staff was friendly. Rooms were poor, in need of renovation. If I had seen this hotel, I would never have booked it. It is in need of total renovations. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the bath room had mildew every where including the ceilings, the heat was had to work and the room smelled bad.
Date of Stay:
January, 2007
Good mattresses. Carpet past its prime. Modest surroundings, good bed, adequate, but no frills.
