Excellent location - one block from Canal St - and Ritz Carlton - Great staff. (I was upgraded to a suite). Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Had a microwave and fridge. If you're on a budget, this is a good choice. I'd stay here again.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The exterior is not indicative of the interior. The front desk staff was amazing. I was moving across the country and had a car full of stuff. They personally moved my car so that the attendant in the garage could watch it overnight to make sure it was safe. I felt very appreciated. The hotel was clean and very nice on the inside. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff at this hotel made our stay wonderful! They not only found us a room four hours before the official check-in time so we could head out to Jazz fest, but they upgraded us in the process. Every time we entered or left the building, the desk staff gave us a friendly greeting and checked whether we needed anything. Beyond that: The pillows were the nicest I've ever had in any hotel--and they gave you four on a Queen bed. The lobby is attached to a Subway, which means the smell of fresh-baked bread fills the lobby. Yum. Speaking of yum, the breakfast was much nicer than I'd have anticipated--waffles, fresh grits, fresh fruits etc. I like staying in the action of the French Quarter, usually, and this hotel is 2 blocks from Canal and about 2 more over to Bourbon. In nice weather, it's fine. We had two days of drenching downpours. Oh well. Overall, this hotel was an excellent value for the money, and I will stay there again.

The Quality Inn in New Orleans was in a great location, within walking distance of most dowtown amenities. The room, although a little small, was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The only small issue centered on parking and the expense of that of $17.00/day--pretty significant.

The staff was very friendly. The phones where down andthe sink had a slow drain. Overall I would come back. The rooms where clean, smelled great and spacey. The staff went over and above the call of duty. 1 block off of Canal street. Great location.

The hotel staff worked very hard to make sure that our stay was pleasent, espcially Stanley (Manager). The continental breakfast was pretty good and the overall stay was pleasing. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of everything but far enough to have a good night's sleep. I loved my stay!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Elevators needed upgrading. I was not disappointed with this hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The room was small but accommodating. The staff went above and beyond to help you in any way. Doesn't look very attractive from the outside but this place is worth the stay. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Good location.

Stay here for last Saints preseason game & Labor Day weekend. Close to the superdome and real close to Bourbon St. People were friendly & continental breakfast was tasty, better than we expected. Cost of room was a good deal. Thanks! Great stay...

Location, friendly staff, nice room. Had to pay for parking. From the time I first arrived the staff was very friendly & helpful. The location was great of the room. They upgraded my room to a suite which was very nice.

Great value and location. We travel a lot and the entire staff at this hotel was among the most friendly and helpful we have encountered. Our room was a little small, but quiet and very well furnished with a desk, frig. and micorwave. It was also very clean. Larger rooms were available, but we don't spend much time in the room. The continental breakfast was above average with hot and cold items. If you don't mind walking a little, this hotel is only four blocks from the French Quarter, and an easy half-mile walk to the Superdome.

Location was good and staff was excellent Rooms could use a little extra maintenance but nothing major The hotel was everything we needed. Nice staff, close enought to the Superdome to walk (about 15 min walk) just a few blocks from Canal street.

"The hotel was great for the price and was really close to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. However, the shower was dirty and the elevators were messed up the entire trip. "

The staff was incredible and the location was ideal. Overall, this hotel was fantastic! The staff was the friendliest I have ever dealt with. The location was ideal for walking almost everywhere. The area seemed to be safe, and the parking garage was appropriately staffed for safety. I will definitely stay here again.

"We stayed here nine months after the hurricane. The hotel was in a good location at a really good price. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. For * bucks a night two blocks from the French Quarter, I expected this place to be awful. It was a pleasant surprise to see how nice it was. The only negative thing I know of is the fact that it is in the nastiest city in the country."

The customer service was impeccable!! Truly the best service I have received in a hotel for price. Parking was a half block away. Our experience at this hotel was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful beyond expectations.I felt like a VIP customer. I highly recommend this hotel to visitor's of New Orleans!

They upgraded our room to a suite and were so friendly, and they waived our $14 parking fee. We loved everything! It was so wonderful. My husband had a great birthday, and we had a really fun experience to remember. The staff was so friendly. When we arrived, they upgraded our room to a suite with a kitchen and separate living room/ sitting area. We had 2 TV's! We had such a wonderful time!

The front desk person who checked us in was the nicest best clerk we have ever encountered, Most helpful person ever for all 3 days/ 2 nights. Everything was great. The clerk who checked us in was great, other staff at hotel were extremely friendly. Will strongly recommend to others. Location was about 3 blocks from Bourbon/Canal intersection. Pretty quiet hotel, stayed on 6th floor so that helped.
