Overall, the hotel was very nice, but WAY overpriced! I think it's wrong to raise your rates to *** night just because it's Parent's Weekend at Texas Tech but this was the only room we could find. I expected everything to be perfect for that price but unfortunately the toilet wasn't clean nor was the bath/shower - the toilet had a ring and water marks, and the shower had hair in it (not mine or my husband's!). Otherwise, the room was very clean. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold foods to eat or take with you. I would stay again but NOT for *** / night!

The hot tub was awesome. Our late check out wasn't honored by the housekeeping staff. Great hotel for the price. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing.

The hotel still smells new, built less then one year ago as of Nov 2007. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and just wanted to let everyone know that there is another option in LBB.

Check-in was slow, even though we were the only ones checking-in. The hotel does not appear to be that old and the outside is simple and looked clean. The room was small and musky and had a bad smell. A large section of the carpet was wet so we had to leave our shoes on while walking around the room. We complained but did not seem to get any response out of the person at the front desk that could speak very little English. I think this is a family run operation and nobody in this family seemed to be interested in your problems. The first night around 9:00 pm we were getting the last of our things out of the car and two men approached us wanting money, we looked around and we were the only people in the parking lot. The only reason we stayed both nights is because they had a function at Texas Tech and all of the nice hotel rooms were full. The second night the alarm kept making a beeping noise, not the alarm going off, it was more like bad bad static. The bed was terrible, it sunk in at the middle and you felt like you had to hold on to the side to keep from rolling on each other. We are not that picky and we will never stay here again.

Comfort of the beds were really unexpectedly nice. Not enough fruit variety at breakfast. Staff was friendly and inviting. Room was clean and spacious. Love the fridge and microwave in room. Conveniently off the freeway.

Staff was wonderful and felt like in a safe place. Hotel was exceptional. Very clean. Well lit. Staff at desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. We will definitely have this as the hotel of choice when in Lubbock visiting the grand baby.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, washer & dryer avail, great value for price ratio. a little far from the college but still worth the extra distance. A great place to stay in Lubbock. Very clean and fresh looking as it was built in 06, much different than the closer and older properties around the college. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer on each floor was a nice touch for any extended stay and the small workout room was also appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again on my next visit to Lubbock.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Every time we walked into our room there was a smell. I'm not sure if it was from the pool water or what, but it was horrible. The stay was great. I didn't have any problems w/the room itself except for the smell. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was great.

Beds were very comfortable and sheets and towels were very clean. Bathroom floor had hair all over it. I would stay here again but wish they would clean their floors better. That's the only complaint. Breakfast was good. Room was pretty. Oh, but there was no closet, which was kind of strange.

Comfortable and roomy suite to allow for extra tweens traveling with me. I had a tween with me that I was not expecting. The girls loved the pool, although it was a little loud (echoing) but the wireless connection did not work in the pool area. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. Overall a great stay!

The property was very new (6 month old) and clean. The breakfast was boring and made me want to leave. This property is only 6 months old. An as a result is not worn out. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, but not overly friendly. The beds were not broken down yet. All in all I would stay at this property again.

Loved the cleanliness and fragrance of the room. We could hear the people walking the floor above. We will definitely stay here again. Maybe on the top floor! Ha! The room was clean, fragrant, well appointed. The hotel is in a great location.

Very roomy , clean and comfortable. People in the room above kept running and pounding on the floor. I loved my stay at this hotel. The refrigerator and microwave make things so convenient. The bathroom was large and roomy with very nice appointments. The room was large and very clean. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Convenient location. No ice machine on third floor. Overall a good place to stay. Convenient to west and south side of town. Good restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and overall excellent cleanliness. Good breakfast bar. Pool and spa were spotless.
