The service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Wonderful attitudes! My stay was great. The staff had wonderful attitudes, that usually tells me the overall atmosphere for my stay, if the staff is happy to be at work. The hotel was clean and catered to my needs for my stay.I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The price was wonderful. The hotel was just as nice as Fairfield and it was less expensive. The staff needs to hold seminars to other hotels to show them how to have welcoming and positive attitudes toward their guests. Great job quality inn on 321 North Hickory, N.C. Thanks!

Check on the internet availability before you book if you need it. Being a business traveler, I moved to another hotel after 2 days of no internet service and no guarantees of when it would be fixed. Rooms were nice, service was good, breakfast was good. They lost a LOT of business from my company.
