We paid for a room with a queen bed. There is NO way that bed was a queen. It was most definitely a full. Shame on the Quality Inn for passing it off as a queen. Even when we inquired about the size of the bed, the young lady working the front desk said to our faces, "It has two queens." We were puzzled. We told her it, "There is one bed in there, and it is not a queen." She checked again, and assured us that it was indeed a queen, according to her computer. We did not put up a fuss, because it seemed like she might cry at any type of confrontation. When we decided to swallow our pride, we discovered that the bed was full of crumbs, and the sheets were not clean. Late at night, there was no hot water available in either the shower or sink. Later at night, we could clearly hear the man in the next room coughing and sneezing. Other than the lobby, the hotel was not in good shape. The carpet was dingy and ripped in places. The walls are thin. The rooms are not cleaned. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

Closeness to turnpike, easy accessibility. Slightly run down with outdated restroom. Good for a quick layover but definitely not a resort like hotel. Clean, large rooms but outdated interior.

I have stayed with the Quality chains before, I believe this one must have been one of the first ones to have been built. The hotel was damp and musty, the rooms were deteriorating, plaster falling and wall paper peeling. There were stains on sheets in one of the beds. The cigarette smoke odors would strangle you. You could here every conversation in the adjoining rooms. The curtains don't provide you with much privacy, as anyone can walk by and peer into your window.. Just not the QUALITY that I have expected from the Quality chain.

We have stayed at other hotels in the area in the past and found this to be, by far, the best value we have come across. In every respect we found it to match up with other hotels in the area yet it was less expensive than most and located in the middle of dining and shopping with great access to I-80. All in all a great experience!!

Convenient, easy on and off the turnpike. Close to Aldi and Walgreen. First night was great! On the return trip, the room given was not up to expectation along with too much noise. Some staff members are very friendly and helpful while others could work on their courtesy. Some rooms are clean, open and spacious, while others lack the same amenities.

Well, the hotel was right off the expressway, it was near all major places to eat and stores to buy things. Well, the pool was a bit small, but the kids still enjoyed it anyways. I been to a lot of hotels in past adventures in my family and I would really recommend this hotel. It's not really expensive and you can get continental breakfast every morning. It's a great place to relax with your family and if your traveling by yourself. I highly recommend it.

New and comfortable mattresses on first floor. Upper floor had sagging floors and torn mattresses. The hotel itself appears nice on entry. The staff is good during day, poor at night. We were bothered by fireworks being set off immediately next to our room two days in a row. Complaints to staff were disregarded. Pool was icky- full of hair.

Small pool, no hot tub, humid pool area (hard to breath) clean but could improve hallways. Curtains were confusing and breakfast was only just enough. They tried really hard, but they could improve some little things that weren't really wrong, just irritating.

There was not too much to like about. The minute we pulled up we noticed that the gutters were falling and in some places non existing. The clerk was very rude and the bathtub was filthy. Iwould not recommend this hotel to anybody. It was disgusting. After looking at the room, we decided not to stay the night.We wasted a lot of time there. Then we needed to find another hotel at 6:00 on a saturday night. We were fortunate to get the last room at Hampton Inn, it was wonderful.

Was there only to sleep. They gave away my room-after my wife had called and let them know I would be late arrival. Did not ask for ID of any kind. Was trying to charge the wrong card-kept saying I had charged a Master Card when I put it on my visa. Won't stay there again.

I liked the free internet. The hotel hallways had distinct smell of raw sewage. The hotel is a 1 star hotel that needs better maintenance. It has been run down significantly.

The front desk employees were friendly. The comforter was stained. The shower head had mold on it. The shower/tub faucet was not working properly. The carper was dirty. The hotel did not give a good impression due to torn carpeting on the stairs. The coffee was not good at the continental breakfast.
