Clean and friendly staff. For the money, this was a great value. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Pet friendly and lots of extras re-fridge, micro, iron. Room was small but okay. I liked the hotel and thought it was an excellentfor the money. Room was clean. It had microwave, refrigerator, large TV, iron, hair dryer, day bed in window and high speed internet access (easy to use).

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was not an indoor pool. The rooms were small, but very cozy and clean. I would definitely stay again.

The location was ideal and the rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was included. The hotel was clean and neat. The rooms were nice sized, bed was ok. All the rooms were interior corridor access only which I feel is safer. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast as I had to leave very early. But I would stay here again for the price and convenience.

Close to the Balloon Festival. Lobby check-in staff. Rooms were nice. A lot of traffic at this time of year (Balloon Fiesta) so it was a challenge getting in & out of hotel. Convenient location right off of I-25. Bernallilo is a nice town. Would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Only smoking rooms wereavailable at check-in.

The front desk clerk did her best to accommodate us. The room made us feels at home with a separate sitting area. The front desk clerk was really helpful.

Location. Not much of a continental breakfast. Would not recommend this to anyone as the room was not clean, shower head needed fixing, need to leave air conditioning on in all rooms prior to guests arriving.
