The room smelled through the closed door. Once the room was opened you couldn't stand the odor. I orders a non=smoking room and the front desk ignored my request....said it was not a guarantee

Staff was great. Great place, easy access from freeway and very convenient to fairgrounds. Breakfast is a nice variety of choices. Staff was very accommodating.

I reserved our room online, specifically requesting a non-smoking room. When we checked into our pre-paid room, we were told it was a smoking room and that there was small print on the reservation page that stated we would be put in a smoking room if a non-smoking room was not available. The attitude of the clerks we interacted with was pretty much a "sucks to be you" approach that blamed us for not reserving through the motel. We had no option but to stay there, but the room smelled like an overflowing ashtray and was at the end of the hall by a noisy door through which people passed until very late. The only upside was that, while my wife was sucking some fresh air through an open window at midnight, she woke me up to point out a pair of nutrias cavorting on the lawn. I'd not seen the cross-between-a-beaver-and-otter rodent before, so that gave us one interesting memory. However, we'll not stay there again.

Very friendly, efficient staff. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy access from Hwy 5. Free coffee, rolls, muffins and fruit every morning. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we visit our relatives in Corvallis.

Nothing. Everything. When I went to check in, I was greeted by a rude woman. I was given a smoking room instead of non smoking and she could care less. She refused to change it. This hotel was only half full. She continued to be rude and eventually I was able to get my room. I stay in Albany 2 days a week for business and I will never be back.

A little outdated and didnt smell very fresh but the breakfast was good(homeade waffles) and I loved the free coffee. Also the pool looked cloudy and isnt at all private, the front desk can see what you're doing the entire time, and anyone in the lobby too. The frontdesk people were nice and overall I was satisfied.

It was all in all a good experience at this hotel. The parking lot was clean and well-lit. There was very little noise. The beds were firm, and the pillows were not pancakes. The A/C was not noisy. The new management added more items to the continental breakfast, and the biscuits and gravy and waffles were delicious.

This is now a Quality Inn and under new ownership and management. New beds have been added and the motel is being kept very clean. We have wireless internet redoing the pool and spa and also our breakfast is awesome.

For the quality rating the rooms were spacious and very nice with many convenient amenities. The decor is a bit dated. Overall this hotel was a really good value for the money.
