This was a really nice hotel. Very easy access from 77. Nice and clean. The only problem I had was I didnt recieve a paper in the morning. Its nota huge deal but thats a service that you pay for and I expect it to be provided. They did have a breakfast with sausage and eggs. This was a good alternative to the cold cereal satle doughnuts of some hotels. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Beautiful lobby with a huge christmas tree must be 15 feet tall. What a first impression with the lobby and front desk rep. Very nice and professional. The room was great, the beds the best i have seen in hotel for comfort, slept like a little baby. On top of everything the breakfast HOT and free what a deal. True a QUALITY INN hotel. The best i have every stayed at. Would encourage everyone to check into it.

Hotel lobby was nice but desk clerk had no personality. Had wanted a smoking room and got that but no ashtrays when we called down to lobby he said they would sent some up. Was there all nite and nobody ever came with any. Room looked like it hadn't been dusted in weeks. We had to clean the dust off TV before we could even watch it.

Friendly staff, helpful and courteous. Clean and comfortable room. The pool was not available. The hotel was very accommodating, convenient for our visits with family and with restaurants and shopping. It was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Best place to stay in Akron, Ohio. Been here several times and will pick this hotel for all my visits. Great rates, friendly staff very helpful. Rooms are great, even the wireless internet was working and had great signal. Free hot breakfast, wow this was value for the stay. Rooms in great shape, comfortable beds and provide free transportation to the Airport.

The Quality Inn and Conference Center of Akron Ohio was not up to my expectations. The check in took a long time. The next morning we needed to call for more linens and after a trying time trying to find out how to reach the front desk we were told that if we needed more linen we would have to come down and get it. That isn't what the posting in the room states. It states that if we forgot something or needed something they would take care of it right away. The full breakfast was very good and was pleased with that but the rest was not to my liking and I will not stay there again.

Clean, friendly andattractive. My hotel room was on the ground floor which I did not like. This hotel was adequate for our needs. It was comfortable, clean and had a very nice dining area where a free breakfast was provided.

This motel has a good hot or cold breakfast buffet, free use of lobby computer and newspapers in the lobby. The rooms are large enough but kind of dark and drab. Also the Quality Inn has wide parking places for your vehicle. I would definitely stay there again.

Location to and from airport and the familyI was visiting. This hotel met all my requirement.I like the location a lot easy to find. StaffI did not see a lot of time could have check on me and ask if I needed anything. Make sure to put towels in room after picking up old one, even if there is one more towel left. It should be a standard to replace used towel. But over all my stay was very nice at this hotel.

we checked in and out in about 2 minutes. this hotel if you can call it that, lacks everything. its old, run down, dirty, and its odor was herendous and just plain nasty! we filed a greivance and now waiting for a refund. plan on staying in your car before planning a stay at the ""quality inn!"" UCK!!

They ran a very nice and freindly inn also they even offerd to use their shuttle to take and pick me up to go and eat that afternoon better than most places i have stayed some are hard to even get from airport to hotel my hats off to the staff for making me fell comfortable like they really care

I had a TV. Service, cleanliness, smelled bad, too much for bad hotel. Upon arriving to the hotel, I was pleased to see it. Once checking in, I had a hard time finding my room, and the service at the front desk was terrible. Once finally finding the room, it smelled like smoke only to find out it was a smoking room. I told the only staff member at the front desk and he said that was all they had left (only 20 cars in the parking lot the whole weekend). I will never, ever recommend the Quality Inn and Conference Center Hotel to anyone for as long as I live.

This was a very disappointing business trip. The room had no air conditioning, there was an unpleasant odor in the room, there were no towels and the room had not been cleaned or towels delivered before mid afternoon. The air conditional was repaired and the room did finally cool off somewhat.

The Quality Inn Akron was a perfect, centralized location for visiting both Akron attractions and Cleveland attractions. The hotel did not look too great from the road, but the staff was very nice and accomodating, the rooms were always very clean and the pool and video games helped keep the kids entertained. I couldn't have asked for a better value for my family vacation.

There was no one close to our room. The room had cob webs, the bath tub back flowed into the hot tub when drained, no satisfaction guaranteed.

The recent stay at the Quality Inn was pleasant. Check in was easy and efficient as was checking out. The room was clean an maintained well. I will stay here again.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient of having a room close to the outside door. The room seemed a little to small for a king size bed. The staff at the Inn was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean but, seemed a bit small. We were able to go to breakfast without going outside first. The game room looked interesting and the price to play was cheap. The inn is located by several restaurants and department stores.
